Evaluation Of Different Ph, Temperature And Culture Media On The Mycelia Growth Of Trichoderma Asperellum

The effect of different solid media, temperature and pH was observed on Trichoderma species. The Trichoderma asperellum show an excellent growth at 25 -35 ˚C. The radial growth of Trichoderma asperellum was evaluated different culture media, potato dextrose agar, sorghum meal agar, cazpeak dextrose agar, corn meal agar and starch agar. The Trichoderma asperellum show maximum radial growth in potato dextrose agar and minimum radial growth in starch agar. The most favourable pH 6 -7 ranges was found in which total dry weight of mycelium also varies between 1.21-1.18g.

Conventional technologies for the conservation of foods: literature review

The food suffer deterioration because mainly of its composition, packaging and storage. The main causes that provoke this deterioration arising from chemical action caused by oxidation, physical action that causes changes in texture, microbial caused by pathogenic microorganisms and enzyme caused by enzymes as polyphenol oxidases that cause darkening of the food. With the passing of decades the techniques of food preservation has been improving, these techniques, is currently gaining prominence, the non-conventional processes, which use a reduced heat.

Thus, methods of regional analysis are used, such as the Locational Quotient (QL), relative participation in employment and income and the indicator of socioeconomic development (HDMI).

A study of zooplankton in shivnath river at madku dweep district mungeli (c.g.)

In this study, we compared the species composition respectively diversity of planktonic (Protozoa, Rotifera, Copepoda, Cladocera) inShivnath River water. Investigation was carried out formDecember-2016 to December-2017. Diversity of zooplankton tender to be the highest in River (r= +0.988) and the lowest (r= -0.746). The relatively high species number despite of zooplankton supported by river. Shivnath River water body seems to contribute considerably higher total abundance of zooplankton in the other two types of ecosystem.
