Study about decentralization bases of Samu in lages – SC, Brazil

This article refers to the analysis of the Lages bases decentralization of Emergency Mobile Care Service commonly called SAMU, from the observation of the need to decentralize the bases to the problem occurred at peak times in the main avenues and access to the neighborhoods of the City. The SAMU has been established in Brazil through ordinance 1864, dated September 29, 2003, and at Lages the service started operating in 2006, with two basic and one advanced ambulances.

Volumetric analysis of hippocampus and medial temporal lobe in brain in stress compact area exposure

This study used quantitative volumetric magnetic resonance imaging techniques to explore the neuroanatomic correlates of chronic, combat stress disorder in 30 young undergraduate Palestinian subjects whom suffering from continuous strong stress in their life spam as a result from Israeli occupation and compare their brain volumes with 30 young undergraduate British people whom doesn't suffering from any difficulty during their life. The first one-way ANOVA was conducted to check the differences in the volume of the hippocampus.

Motor development among indian and iranian students a-cross sectional study

This paper aims to compare the motor development of Indian and Iranian boy′s student between the age of 13 and 18 years in agility case. The focus is on the relationship between age and motor behavior which makes the study of motor development unique from other viewpoints. Motor development includes age related changes in both posture and movement, the two basic ingredient of motor behavior. The results portrayed by means of statistical tests and standard method of sampling.

Linear functional transformation of electromagnetic wave through volterra functional

Vitto Volterra defined functional as a law given by which to every function defined within there can be made to correspond one and only one quantity perfectly determined. The definition of the functional was a particular case of mapping where the domain contains only the set of functions. Later the function of a line was introduced. It was shown that in this case also the functional was linear functional. By using the functional which the function of a line I showed that the electromagnetic wave was linearly transformed into straight line and vice versa.

Strong and weak vertex-edge mixed domination on s - valued graphs

In (Kiruthiga Deepa, 2016) we have defined the terms ev−weight m−dominating set, in which we have considered the weight of edges which dominates the weight of the vertices belonging to the spanning sub graph of NS(e). If we include the condition on the degrees of the edges and vertices belonging to the ev−weight m−dominating set, we obtain the notion of strong and weak ev−weight m−dominating set in GS. Eye injuries among heavy industries in Tema metropolis, Ghana

In assessing the prevalence and determinants of eye injuries in heavy industries in Tema, Ghana, a descriptive cross-sectional study was undertaken. Fifty-eight (58) workers of three heavy industries located in Tema, Ghana were sampled for the research. Workers’ responses on age, level of education, years of working and active use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), amongst others were taken. Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 20.0 was used to analyse the data. Of the 58 participants, 16 (27.6%) reported having had one ocular injury or the other.

Analysis of predictive control for boost converter in power factor correction application

This work presents a boost converter design methodology for active power factor correction, using finite con- trol set model-based predictive control (FCS-MPC) for current control. Moreover, an external proportional integrative (PI) volt- age control loop design methodology is explained. This paper also compares the conventional PI current control with MPC current for this application, both in transient load disturbance condition and in steady state different load conditions.
