Abstract: 

Objective: To describe the experiences experienced by nutrition professionals in the health services of the municipality of Sobral-CE, as well as their contributions and challenges as a resident in the Family Health Strategy. Methods: This is a qualitative experience report by professionals from the Nutrition category of the Multiprofessional Residency in Family Health in Sobral, CE, from September 2016 to May 2017. The canary for this experience in the municipality were those who presented nutritional demands or were part of the network of nutritional services of the municipality. Results: The Health and Nutrition Surveillance System, Epidemiological Surveillance, Four Leaf Clover and the Arco Cozy House, the Best Home Program and the Expanded Nucleus of Family Health and Primary Care, were developed at the municipal and district poles . These are the services that most present nutritional demands in which it is configured to make the category. Conclusions: The Multiprofessional Residency in Family Health provided us with this moment of great importance for the practice, we noticed that the services performed work in perfect language with the health care network. This has allowed us to visualize as a model for many other managements in Brazil.
