Abstract: 

This article, we take a look at social phenomena; bands of boys who sow psychosis within the Ivorian population and prostitution of girls. Take life is one of the hallmarks of the work of these gangs of young gangs popularized in public opinion as the "germs». This medical metaphor to refer to the smallness of these living beings, unimaginable to the human eye but virulent and harmful to the health of the social body. In a context of impoverishment and lawlessness, exacerbated these girls practiced sexual libertinism. They are often called; New force or academician. This is another metaphor to refer to their technical skills and their approach to readiness of their subjects.
