Internal and external green drivers and organizational sustainability performance in agro processing Smes in Ghana: Validating the connection

The green subject matter, especially on its driving factors and performance of firms in the Ghanaian manufacturing setting and Africa in general has become a matter of concern. Premised on theoretically backed literature on green manufacturing, green practices and performance, a model was presented. Dataset of 415 firms were analyzed. Using SPSS Amos 24, the structural equation modeling analysis was carried out. External green drivers were seen to directly relate with performance of firms in agro processing industry in Ghana than the green internal driving factors.

Curriculum flexibility in the inclusive school: a theoretical reflection on the curriculum construction process

The aim of this article is to establish a dialogical relationship between curriculum flexibility and learning styles for teacher curricular knowledge and how these categories can serve as essential tools for building an inclusive curriculum, and specifically, how to use them as methodological strategies in the classroom context, in order to generate a better use in the learning process based on assumptions of renowned authors such as Perrenoud (1997), Tomlinson (2008), among others.

Thus, this study aimed to identify the importance of the disruptive innovation practices, adopted by companies recognized by the Programa Gaúcho da Qualidade e Produtividade (PGQP), Brazil.

Sleep quality in elderly people treated in a military health unit

Introduction: There is a complex interaction of sleep between organic, physiological and emotional factors. In the elderly, there is usually a greater difficulty in sleeping, generating concern about the quality of sleep. Objective: Determine sleep quality, investigate correlations with medications, chronic diseases, physical activity and body mass index (BMI), and the existence of daytime sleepiness in elderly people aged 60 years and older, treated in a Military Hospital Unit.

Seropositivity of anti-sars-cov-2 antibodies in public schools in a municipality in the Xingu-Pará Region, Amazon

Objetivo: Verificar a prevalência de anticorpos para o vírus SARS-CoV-2 em estudantes e profissionais de educação em escolas públicas no município de Senador José Porfírio. Método: Estudo de delineamento transversal, envolvendo discentes e profissionais da rede pública de ensino de um município do Estado do Pará. A amostra foi composta por 280 membros da comunidade escolar (estudantes, n = 188; professores, n = 81 e técnicos n = 11), estratificadas proporcionalmente por escola.
