This article aims to highlight the main frameworks during field appraisal of agricultural projects which the Kuwait Fund contributes to financing, according to practical experiences over many years. It is necessary to know the basics of such appraisal, which is considered the most important element and information that must be obtained, extract advice and lessons learned. There are many criteria that can be considered during appraisals, including social, economic, financial, technical, legal and environmental issues.

Background: Soil-transmitted Helminths (STH) infections affect 24% of the global population, with India reporting 375 million cases in 2013. The research explored the impact of constructing latrines to reduce STH transmission among school-aged children in Dharavi Slums, India. Open defecation, a prevalent issue, contributes to STH transmission. While mass drug administration has been the primary intervention, this research focused on building latrines to address infection reservoirs.

Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, sendo uma revisão integrativa da literatura acerca das complicações da uveíte infecciosa. Diante do exposto, pode-se notar uma grande variedade na disponibilidade dos estudos acerca da temática, o que significa um ponto positivo para a pneumologia.

O objetivo geral deste trabalho foi identificar os pontos importantes da Cuidados Paliativos em neonatologia para a família como forma de alívio da dor e sofrimento.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal demonstrar o manejo das principais cardiopatias congênitas ocorridas no sistema de saúde brasileiro. Além disso, tem como objetivo secundário o auxílio em futuros estudos sobre a temática proposta. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, utilizando como metodologia os critérios qualitativos. Em suma, pode- se concluir a necessidade de políticas públicas que mitiguem as complicações desencadeadas pelas malformações congênitas cardíacas, por meio da criação de estratégias precoces e em tempo hábil.

Revitalizing Balinese culture in the era of globalization is very important. This is in line with the various changes that have occurred in the lives of society, nation and state after reform, as well as the emergence of excessive demands in almost all areas of life. These demands often give rise to critical problems that can threaten the integrity of society, nation and state.

Littering is regarded as a major environmental issue and although campaigns have targeted children in school, there is little evidence that adult littering is being addressed. This study investigates the views and perceptions on littering from students at the University of Guyana, who represent the young adult population. This phenomenological qualitative study gathered data through in-depth focus group discussions with twelve participants. Results were analysed using thematic analysis which elicited core concepts that were highlighted from the data gathered.
