Au Congo, avec des pertes des grainesen stockage qui avoisinent 60 %, la lutte contre les bruches est devenue une priorité. La méthode traditionnelle préconisée est l’utilisation des feuilles ou derhizomes deLippia multiflora, Cymbopogon citratus, Chenopodium ambrosioides, Ocimum gratissimumetZingiber officinale. Cette étude vise à déterminerles composés chimiques des huiles essentielles des cinq plantes aromatiques utilisées par les producteurs pour lutter contre les bruches haricots et de pois cajan.

Objective: to analyze the association of the complexity of nursing care using the Fugulin Scale and the profile of hospitalized clinical patients using a nasoenteral probe (SNE). Method: Cross-sectional, retrospective, quantitative study, using secondary data, from a multicenter study.The sample comprised 31 patients admitted to the medical clinic of a hospital in the countryside of Rio Grande do Sul, using SNE. The capybara (Hydrochoerus hydrochaeris) a semi-aquatic generalist herbivores found in South American. The objective was to evaluate the presence of parasites in wild capybara species that inhabit the Lagoa Maior region in Tres Lagoas Brazil. Four stool samples were collected totaling 20 samples per collection (2 in dry periods and 2 in rainy periods). Stool samples were processed using standardized parasitological techniques and the observation and identification of the parasitic forms was carried out through optical microscopy and morphological and morphometric evaluation.

Some Sapindaceae plants are used in folk medicine, food and also in the pharmaceutical field. Allophylus semidentatus (Sapindaceae) is a wild plant that is being studied for the first time. In this investigation, the metabolites were extracted by using polar solvent as methanol, hexane, chloroform and ethyl acetate. Chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques were used for the isolation and identification of compounds. Extracts from the branches revealed the presence of steroids/triterpenes, flavonoids, alkaloids and coumarins. Metabolites were isolated by chromatography.

Os linfomas são processos proliferativos neoplásicos e apresentam vários graus de malignidade, originados dos linfócitos e de seus precursores em qualquer fase da sua diferenciação celular, sendo classificados com base em suas características histopatológicas e clínicas. O objetivo do estudo é relatar um caso clínico de linfoma Não-Hodgkin em seio maxilar esquerdo, caracterizando suas manifestações orais e analisando ação de causa e efeito no diagnóstico tardio do linfoma.

A The objective is to study the rainfall variability on the performance of the ENSO climatic phenomenon in the municipality of São Bento do Una - PE which has been facing the water crisis in the present day. Monthly and annual rainfall series were used, provided by the Pernambuco Water and Climate Agency of the State of Pernambuco and the Northeast Development Superintendence, referring to the ENSO year. The rainfall indices for 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013 are from the El Niño phenomenon, with the performance of La Niña 1998, 1999, 2000, 2008.
