Métodos construtivos e arquitetura sustentável

As environmental changes increase, man is looking for ways to reduce this environmental impact through sustainable practices. There are several factors and justifications that demonstrate the importance of sustainable use in civil construction. Therefore, the objective of this study is to report on construction methods in Brazil, comparatively evaluating their advantages, disadvantages and the sustainability of their application. The study is a qualitative study and literature review, data collection was performed through electronic search in the Google Scholar, Capes and SciELO databases and the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD). According to what was presented in the work, it can be emphasized that the importance of this subject is an aspect that serves to raise awareness about the practical exploration of constructive methods in architecture and sustainable engineering. It is important to emphasize that the constructions themselves already generate a very large environmental impact, and new technologies should be highlighted to benefit these concepts.
