Possibilidades do trabalho psicológico na instituição hospitalar: recursos humanos e psicologia clínica

Caroline Henrichsen, Débora Patrícia Nemer Pinheiro and Diego da Silva

Abstract:

This study presents a professional experience report from the description of a Multiprofessional Residency Program student. It has the objective to analyze the psychological work experience based on Psychoanalytical Theory, which emphasizes similarities and differences in the psychologist’s work in Human Resources (HR) and as resident in a hospitalarcardiological unit. The main perceived finding was the way of seeing and hearing the human being. The HR work is directed to the listening of the individual’s functions, it is a standardized, impersonal and technical process, which focuses on the subject’s competences and abilities only the company gets benefit from. However, hospitalar psychology, through the Psychoanalytical perspective, agrees with the singular aspects of the individual, identifying his thoughts, feelings and behaviors directed to a treatment that the beneficiary is himself. Psychoanalysis emerges to understand the gaps found in this work of human being comprehension.
