Sustainable Choices, Consumer Voices: A deep dive into Green Agricultural Products Purchase Intentions

This study explores the relationships among environmental concern (ENVCO), perceived product quality (PPQU), price sensitivity (PRSEN), and consumer green agricultural products purchase intentions (GAPPI). A total of 350 valid responses were collected and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The empirical results reveal that ENVCO, PPQU, and PRSEN each have a significant positive impact on GAPPI.

Comparative study of Mesencephalon of two Cypriniformes in relation to feeding Habits

In vertebrates like fish, mesencephalon or mid brain consists of two regions optic tectum (OT), that act as centre for processing visual impulses and generating motor response and tegmentum containing nerve tracts. Both structural and physiological properties of OT helps to know the mechanism of organizing behaviour. Present paper analyses the midbrain (mesencephalon) of two different fishes, Carassius auratus and Botia striata with respect to its feeding behaviour. Both these aquarium fishes belongs to cypriniformes order, but exhibit different feeding behaviours.

Socio-Cognitive Goskolo (Alcohol) Binge Drinking Behaviour Model: A Qualitative study of Youths in jos Metropolis, Plateau State, Nigeria

This grounded theory study aimed to explore the factors influencing Goskolo binge drinking behavior among youths in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, and to examine the associated negative effects. Using semi-structured interviews, the study employed a purposive sampling technique to select 23 participants, including both male and female youths aged 18-30 who were identified as regular Goskolo drinkers.

Digital Assistant Abuse: Implications for Social Interaction Patterns and Child Development

This study examines digital assistant abuse—the intentional misuse of AI-powered voice interfaces—and its societal implications. Drawing from communication theory and empirical research, we analyze how abuse of these technologies may normalize disrespectful communication patterns and erode social norms. Our investigation focuses on four dimensions: technical vulnerabilities enabling abuse, developmental impacts on children, gendered design perpetuating stereotypes, and ethical implications of consequence-free negative interactions with anthropomorphized technology.

Manufacturing in Oil-Producing Countries in Sub-Saharan Africa: The case of Congo-Brazzaville

This article attempted to verify the effects of Dutch disease on the manufacturing industry in Congo using econometric tools and assessed the nature of the relationship between manufacturing sector growth and other macroeconomic variables such as the real effective exchange rate, government spending, etc. Econometric analyses found that the econometric results of the expenditure effect model and the resource reallocation effect model support the Dutch disease hypothesis in Congo. The country's economy has experienced the consequences of Dutch disease.

Environmental Impact of Illegalgold mining in Katiola Department (Côte D’Ivoire)

Illegal gold mining in Katiola Department, a region rich in gold resources, has worrying environmental consequences. The objective of this study is to assess the environmental impact of illegal gold mining by identifying the damage caused by mining activities and proposing mitigation measures. The methodology used includes documentary research, the identification of illegal gold mining activities through mapping and remote sensing, direct field observation surveys and interviews, and finally, the proposal of impact mitigation methods.
