O artigo "Comparação das Metodologias de Polimento em Corrida, Natação e Ciclismo" tem como objetivo analisar criticamente as diversas metodologias de polimento esportivo aplicadas em três modalidades distintas, a saber, corrida, natação e ciclismo. Através de uma revisão bibliográfica abrangente, o estudo investiga as estratégias adotadas, bem como os impactos e adaptações resultantes no desempenho dos atletas em cada uma dessas modalidades.

Strategy to activate University E-Learning in light of trends in contemporary Universities

The study analyzes e-learning environments at Amran University in the context of trends in contemporary universities. Using a descriptive analytical approach and a questionnaire as the study tool, it was applied to 28 university experts. The key findings are as follows: there is a 63% gap in the e-learning environment at Amran University, with 8 elements of strength and opportunities identified and 12 elements of weakness and threats, with an arithmetic average greater than 2.5.

Case Report: Congenital Amniotic band syndrome – A rare case of total Circumferential Abdominal Constriction and its Repair

Amniotic band syndrome is a rare and complex condition often associated with severe complications in fetal development. We present the case of a 3-year-and-4-month-old female patient with total circumferential abdominal constriction due to an amniotic band. Referred to the General Hospital of Fortaleza, the patient exhibited a constricting ring in the abdominal wall, with imaging studies indicating the presence of fat and possible intestinal involvement in the hernia.

Juvenile Myasthenia Gravis: Musk Positive: with 3 Cardinal signs

Anti muscle specific tyrosine kinase (Musk) antibody is the most common antibody identified in seronegative myasthenia gravis (SNMG). Juvenile onset musk myasthenia has different clinical course as demonstrated in our case with spontaneous remission followed by resurgence of symptoms with ocular complaints. Musk myasthenia characteristically presents with bulbar and respiratory muscle involvement with a high rate of myasthenic crisis. Early identification is necessary to decrease the incidence of myasthenic crisis.
