Social adjustment on gifted underachiever in junior high school: a phenomenology study

Within the development of adolescence, the most difficult assignment is dealing with social adjustment. Adolescents are required to keep up and adjust themselves with the opposite gender in establishing a social relationship which they have never done before as well as adjusting with the elderly outside the school and family. To accomplish and achieve the adult socialization pattern, adolescents need to make a new adjustment (Hurlock, 2005).

Teachers vocabulary teaching stragties: the case of selamber primary school, benishangul-gumuz region, assosa

This study aimed at identifying and analyzing Teachers Preferable Vocabulary Teaching Strategies at Selamber Primary School, Benishangul-Gumuz Region, Assosa. The study revealed the role of the classroom teacher, and it attempted to answer the basic questions- what are the better strategies of vocabulary teaching , and What are the role of the teacher in teaching vocabulary lessons in the selected sample area?

Design, modeling and simulation of junction less fin fet

In this paper Junction Less Fin-type Field Effect Transistor (JL Fin-FET) has been optimally designed and characterized by using SILVACO device simulator. Fin-FETs are promising substitutes for bulk Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) at the Nano scale. Fin-FET can be a designed double-gate device, the two gates of a Fin-FET can either be shorted for higher performance or independently controlled for lower leakage or reduced transistor count. This gives rise to a rich design space.

Design of fpga based 8 bit risc processor with peripherals

RISC or Reduced Instruction Set Computer is a popular design which becomes the important part of Scientific, Engineering and Industrial applications. It gives higher performance with complex logic circuitry on a single chip. So the main objective of this paper is to design 8 bit RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer) processor by using Spartan 6E tool. This is easy to design and support Load-Store architecture. To important components is designed using VHDL (Verilog Hardware Descriptive Language) programming and realize by using Spartan 6E tool.

Determination of macro and microelements in whole fruit of campomanesia adamantium (cambess.) o. berg and evaluation of their nutritional potential for children, adolescents and pregnant women

The aim of studies was to determine the mineral content of Campomanesia adamantium (Myrtaceae) fruits popularly known as guavira and commonly used in the treatment of human diseases as well as food. Concentrations of minerals in samples were determined using induction coupled optical emission spectrometry and the results were compared to values of Dietary Reference Intakes for children, adolescents and pregnant women. The FDA Nutritional Content Claims was adopted in order to classify the mineral content in the fruit.

“Gong’s mobilization versus cyriax manipulation on range of motion and function recovery in subject with frozen shoulder” – a comparative study

Background: Adhesive Capsulitis is a clinical syndrome of pain and severely decreased joint motion. The primary goal in this condition is mainly to improve ROM, pain and decrease disability. In many physical therapy programs for the subject with frozen shoulder, mobilization and manipulation technique are an important part of the intervention. Objective: The objective of the study is to compare the effectiveness of Gong’s mobilization and Cyriax manipulation (deep friction massage) in subjects with frozen shoulder. Method: 30 subjects were included in the study.

Preclinical study showed themain predictors of enamel erosion and demineralization and treatment analysis

The aim of this study evaluated the fluoride retention, morphologic changes on enamel surface and the resistance to demineralization after Er: YAG laser and fluoride gel pretreatments. Ninety-five bovine enamel specimens were obtained, half of the enamel surface were coated with nail varnish and wax (reference area), leaving other half to pre-treatments and to erosive challenge.

Effect of nanostructured extract morinda citrofolia l. (noni) in infected wounds in rats

Morinda citrifolia L. (Rubiaceae), popularly known as Noni, looked at the scientific community because of their anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. This study explores the potential of Noni to ameliorate inflammation and infection in open infected skin wounds of rats. Fourteen Wistar rats weighing 285±12g were used. The study was done in a group whose open infected skin wounds were treated with topical application formulated nanostructured base hydroalcoholic extract Morinda citrifolia L.

Mathematical modeling of blood flow through tapered stenosed artery with the suspension of nanoparticles using jeffrey fluid model

This research paper presents the mathematical analysis of heat and mass transfer on the blood flow through a tapered stenosed artery with the suspension of nanoparticles. The non-linear equations governing blood flow is modeled in cylindrical co-ordinates and are solved by Homotopy Perturbation Method where the rheology of flowing blood is characterized by the Jeffrey fluid model. Analytical solutions are constructed for the velocity profile, temperature profile, concentration profile and flux profile by solving flow governing non-linear coupled equations.
