Socioeconomic and technological analysis of resident population surrounding the são gonçalo permanent preservation area in the municipality of sousa, state of paraíba, Brazil

The semiarid region of northeastern Brazil is home to a portion of the population that experiences deficiencies in socioeconomic and technological terms. The measurement and analysis of the deterioration of the region is fundamental to the planning of policies directed at these issues. The present study was conducted between December 6th, 2014 and May 9th, 2015, involving a sample of 38 families residing in communities surrounding the São Gonçalo Permanent Preservation Area in the municipality of Sousa in the state of Paraíba (northeastern Brazil).

Use of data clustering to enhance student and teacher performance

In past decades, number of people interested in online courses has increased exponentially. Many new websites are deployed every day focusing on online courses. Recent research focuses more on teacher's decision making. There is a huge scope for teachers to improve, provided sophisticated tool. In this paper we differentiate student groups based on their score and comments and then provide suitable suggestions to teachers. We achieve this through Regression and Clustering. We will mainly focuses on K-mean algorithm to achieve our desired result.

An organizational learning model with respect to level of organizational culture within an organization and level of isomorphism between organizations

Institutionalization is mainly concerned with the reasons for the changes in organizations that occur due to pressures of the environment, as the theory presumes that organizations can not just act rationally to follow their interests, but that they also have to take the expectations of the institutional environment into consideration. Theoretical research on provincial level scientific research innovation

Under the framework of knowledge production function, this paper applies the multiple linear regression model in econometrics to solve the problem of the research and development and innovation in china, The results show that the input of human capital, the combination of universities and enterprises, the new product development of enterprises, and the research of institutional research have a positive effect on innovation output, The central and local governments should strengthen the cultivation of talents and human resources.

A novel study on degradation of methyl orange by dual oxidation system

The presence of MO in wastewater, due to the its toxicity must be treated before it is allowed to discharge. A novel study based on a dual oxidation process was carried out to degrade MO in the water samples. The dual oxidation process consisting of persultfate ions (PS), Zero-Valent Iron (ZVI), H2O2 and UV radiation, pH = 4.28 was proven to be most effective to decompose methyl orange from water samples. A empirical pseudo – first order rate equation was determined that fits the experimental data well.
