Effect of sintering temperature on the dielectric and microstructure properties of cacu3ti3,90 co0,10 o12 ceramic

In the present paper, nanosized calcium copper titanate (CaCu3Ti4-xCoxO12, CCTCO, x=0.10) powders were synthesized by solid state route. The microstructure and dielectric properties of polycrystalline CCTO samples sintered at different temperatures were investigated. The results which obtained showed grain growth with increasing of sintering temperature. On other hand, dielectric constant of CCTCO sintered at 950 and 1000 °C showed frequency and temperature dependence in the range of 103 to 2.106 Hz, and gives values of 903 and 995 measured at room temperature and 103 Hz, respectively.

Analytic hierarchy process (ahp) for evaluation of project portfolios applied to research projects and development of bioen

This paper aims to provide information for assessing the performance of R&D project portfolios of the Bioenergy Research Program (BIOEN) of São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). The projects evaluation is developed using methodologies for support on multiple-criteria decision processes. In this research, it was performed the construction, adaptation, and validation of methods evaluation, for which one of the challenges was to incorporate progress processes in multi-criteria analysis, which was used for the ordination of projects and their composition in project portfolios.

Air pollution: state of art and prospects using data mining

Now-a-days air pollution is increasing at such a pace, that it has become a threat to environment as well as human health. So it is the need to analyze the air quality and conclude some measures to improve the quality of air. The elder people, new born babies, and the ones suffering from “chronic cardiopulmonary” diseases, “influenza” and “asthma” are the most exposed to mortality and serious morbidity effects from air pollutants.

The snowball effect: spiraling one simple idea into profitable research projects

The purpose of this exposition research is to provide a reflection of one logical, sound, and systematic approach of how to convert qualitative information to a quantitative Likert-type survey. The research process of data collection and data analysis revealed within provides reflections of an understanding of how one not need not have a grandiose vision in a formalized research agenda to conduct research where its outcomes can serve others in meaningful ways.

Diagnosis of air quality with respect to total suspended particles in the city of navojoa, sonora

Emissions of pollutants from the atmosphere, whether from artificial or natural sources, fixed or mobile, should be reduced and controlled to ensure satisfactory air quality for population well-being and ecological balance (Semarnat, 2014). Work on the diagnosis of air pollution is of prime importance for the selection and implementation of measures to ensure an adequate harmony between the various activities carried out in a territory in such a way that the environment is not harmed and be compatible the different Socio-economic activities (Cuesta et al., 2006).

A review: hybrid power generation system using vertical axis wind turbine and solar energy

In recent era, as the energy crisis is going on increasing day by day and high global emission of polluting gases all over the world, it is inevitable to find the new energy resources. The need of energy of primitive man were limited in the form of food which he derived by eating plants and animals. But after the industrial revolution human need more and more energy for multiple tasks. After 1700 AD, the man started using the coal in large quantities along with oil and natural gas after 1870 AD.

Experimental investigation of temperature in residential neighbourhood canyons of Nagpur

This paper tries to address the parameter that affect the temperature in the building canyons of residential neighborhood of Nagpur city. The literature study shows that temperature in building canyon is influenced by neighbourhood geometry and aspect ratio. Experimental investigation by onsite measurements is used to find out the effect of aspect ratio on temperature. The findings reveal that due consideration is required while planning neighbourhoods and designing buildings to minimize the heat gain.

Key administration with certificate in wsn

Network (WSNs) comprises tiny sensor nodes with strained energy, memory and computation capabilities. They are typically deployed within the unattended and hostile environment. So device no des area unit susceptible to attacks such as no de capture and collusion attack by adversaries. Its associate degree energy efficient dynamic key management scheme that performs localized re-keying to reduce overhead. Key management has remained a difficult issue in Wireless Device Networks (WSNs) as a result of the constraints of device no de resources.

Biomechanical analysis of getting in o-gurma (leg technique) in judo: a biomechanical approach

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of selected kinematic variables of three point shot between first and fourth quarter in the basketball players. A total of five (n = 5) best male gymnasts of 18 to 23 years old from L.N.I.P.E., Gwalior (M.P.) were selected for the present study as subjects. To acquire kinematical data, a digital Nikon D-3100 video recording camera with a frame rate of 30 frames per second, were used during the execution by placing it right side of players and perpendicular to the sagittal plane.
