Nosological characteristics of patients with low back pain submitted to physiotherapeutic treatment: documentary Study

Musculoskeletal and uncomfortable disorder between the costal margin and the lower gluteal fold, and may or may not radiate to the leg. To evaluate the nosological profile from the medical records of patients with low back pain submitted to physiotherapeutic intervention. Documentary study, approved under no. 3,293,204. With medical records of patients with a clinical diagnosis of nonspecific low back pain or low back pain in physiotherapy treatment. The researchers divided into pairs to select the medical records, and performed data analysis using descriptive statistics.

Traffic analysis on urban crossings on the urban perimeter of br-153 in gurupi –to

The present research results in the observation of a certain stretch of urban crossing used by pedestrians and/or cyclists in the municipality of Gurupi-TO. The municipality is cut perpendicularly by the BR-153, with the conflict between pedestrians who need to use this area and passenger and cargo vehicles. Usually, cities cut by stretches of highways have one side with greater development than the other, resulting in a constant flow of residents of the region, leaving these crossings dangerous due to the lack of elements that ensure the lives of the population.

Mapping-triangulation interpolation of sparce grids: the matisg algorithm

We present the final result of an applied geometry research as an algorithm for interpolation of in in N-dimensional sparse grids. The method is based on divide and conquer approach and a “golden rule” chosen for optimization of the problem in specific and general terms, showing good results in a much shorter time. The main steps are Mapping-Triangulation-Interpolation, and we present the results from its application to the problem of estimating age and mass of stelar clusters.

Prospective design - A case for education transition

The COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, has put into evidence multiple problems in education. This research frames some of these problems in order to investigate their nuances and impacts, in a systemic way, to propose interventions that prepare a transition from the current state of affairs into a desired future. Therefore, we chose the Prospective Design view in order to design the long term scenarios for university education that characterise the case study reported here.

Hierarchical catalyst applied to pyrolysis of plastic waste and residues from oil industry

The hierarquical zeolites with ZSM-5 structure (HZ5) catalyts was obtained using as silanizant agent the Phenyl-Amino-Propyl-Trimethoxysilane (PHAPTMS). The materials were synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis, surface acidity and scanning electron microscopy. The kinetic study by thermogravimetry of pure Atmospheric Residue of Petroleum (ATR) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) wastes werr performed with and without catalyst.

Sustainability in project management and project success with teams in virtual environment

After the coronavirus pandemic, virtual work environment solutions increased dramatically in human history, proving to be a viable and much more sustainable method of project management and overall organization work. Teams working on projects in a virtual environment help reduce the carbon footprint and use resources more efficiently. This study is the first to do a quantitative analysis of the relationship between sustainability in project management and project success in a virtual environment.

Quantitative analysis of quercetin in malpighia emarginata dried extract by hplc-dad

Acerola (Malpighia emarginata) is widely distributed in Brazil and has a large amount of flavonoids. Quercetin is a flavonoid present in this fruit and its protection is necessary due to its high antioxidant activity. Thus, encapsulation by spray drying is the most used technique for the protection of this compound. Furthermore, it is necessary to determine the biomarkers contained in the dry extract of acerola. In a sample of dry extract of acerola, a selective extraction was carried out for quercetin determination by chromatographic analysis.

Available potential and alternatives to hydrokinetic energy use according to land use in são francisco verdadeiro basin

Environmental issues are the biggest factor in the search for cleaner energy production alternatives. The use of hydrokinetic turbines can be a viable option for communities close to rivers that have specific hydrological characteristics. Using geoprocessing techniques, it was identified and mapped within the São Francisco Verdadeiro River Basin (SFV), potential sites for installing hydrokinetic systems to generate electricity. Digital Alos Palsar Elevation Models chosen by the NASA Earth Data project and images from Landsat 8 (L8) were used.
