Throughout the 1981-2021 period, the Brazilian environmental legislation was being structured and updated, so that currently, it is one of the most complete sets of environmental laws in the world. The preservation of fauna, punishing criminal actions practiced by individuals who carry out illegal activities, is based on Laws No. 9605/1998 and No. 5.197/1969.

Nota-se também o número de acidentes com esse modelo de transporte e por consequência, o número de óbitos. Dessa forma, o objetivo do trabalho foi, por meio de dados fornecidos pelo DETRAN, juntamente com os dados disponibilidades pelo Registro Nacional de Acidentes e Estatísticas – RENAEST. O estudo evidenciou a vulnerabilidade dos condutores de motocicleta, pois foi o tipo de veículo que mais vitimou condutores e passageiros em Campo Grande – MS entre os anos de 2018 a 2020.
Introdução: A Aptidão Física, o Estilo e a Qualidade de Vida funcionam de forma conjunta para beneficiar a saúde. Objetivo: avaliar a relação daescolaridade, aptidão física, estilo e qualidade de vidaem adolescentes. Métodos: a amostra foi composta por 219 adolescentes, do Ensino Médio e Fundamental. Utilizou-se o questionário WhoqoL-Brefe Fantástic, para avaliar a Qualidade e o Estilo de Vida respectivamente, também, foram coletados dados antropométricos e de Aptidão Física.

The striped puffer fish, Colomesus psittacus, belongs to the Tetraodontidae family, being one of the most frequent species in Maranhão estuaries. The main objective of this study was to present results about the structure of a population and the life cycle of C. psittacus present in an estuary under the influence of a mangrove swamp in the municipality of Raposa, São Luís island, Maranhão, Brazil. Sampling was monthly during the period of August 1999 and November 2000. A total of 374 fish specimens were collected, 114 males, 119 females and 141 with undetermined sex.
