The objective of this study is to analyze the education system of Papua New Guinea regarding the state of career guidance and counseling in the school system through a critical analysis of educational reform documents and perceptions of teachers, students and parents. The rationale is to offer recommendation for improvement where there seems to be a challenge. The study used a mixed of empirical and qualitative research method.

School leadership, school climate, and school performance: experiences of some asian countries

The purpose of this paper is to find out the relationship among school leadership, school climate and school performance. The experiences of five Asian countries: Japan, China, India, Bangaladesh, and Nepal have been taken as the pedestal for the study. Review and analysis of the related documents and literatures were the key basis of the information. Study results suggest that there is harmonic relationship between school leadership, school climate and school performance.

E-commerce and trade openness in Africa: A panel data analysis

This paper probes on the influence of e-commerce on the level of trade openness in Africa using country-level panel data from the period 1990 to 2013. Several additional variables were incorporated into the model to control for omitted variable biased. The estimation with fixed-effects techniques, both under the ordinary least squares (OLS) and generalized method of moments (GMM) estimators, points to evidence a significant positive relationship between e-commerce and trade openness in Africa.

Stakeholder perception on factors incluencing ngo collaboration with government in family health education in the tema metropolis of the greater accra region of Ghana

The purpose of this study was to determine stakeholder perception on factors influencing collaboration between Governmental Organizations (GOs) and Nongovernmental Organizations (NGOs) based on organizations sampled from the Tema Metropolis in Ghana. Using descriptive analysis, the study identified the key factors that facilitate successful collaboration between NGOs and GOs to include frequent communication, a good purpose and a favourable policy environment along with the roles and responsibilities that characterize an effective collaboration.
