Objetivos: apontar por meio da literatura científica os principais fatores que incidem na ocorrência de infecção do trato urinário associada ao cateterismo vesical de demora. Materiais e Métodos: Estudo do tipo Revisão Integrativa da Literatura, realizada a partir da análise de artigos disponibilizados nas bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILCAS) e ScientificElectronic Library Online (SciELO).

O trabalho docente é uma atividade permeada por desafios que requer dos profissionais em educação uma visão sistêmica, de modo que o processo de ensino-aprendizagem seja articulado e que os métodos utilizados cumpram os objetivos a que se propõem. O estudo teve como objetivo investigar as estratégias utilizadas pelos professores de Ciência do 6º ao 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental, de duas escolas municipais de Parnaíba - Piauí (Plautila Lopes do Nascimento e Albertina Furtado Castelo Branco – CAIC).

Esta pesquisa, de campo e documental, de abordagem qualitativa adota como objetivo geral analisar as possibilidades de acesso e permanência da pessoa com deficiência na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica de nível médio no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Sul-rio-grandense - IFSUL - Campus Sapucaia do Sul. Por sua vez, delimitou-se os seguinte objetivo específicos: investigar os princípios norteadores adotados pelo IFSUL para a inclusão de jovens com deficiência.

Ambient air pollution is one of the main global health risks, causing significant excess mortality and loss of life expectancy LLE, especially through cardiovascular diseases.Diesel burning produces air pollutants such as carbon monoxide (CO), NOx, benzene, sufur oxides (SOx), 1,3-butadiene and primary particulate matter PM10. These pollutants increase the incidence of bronchitis, asthma, and pneumonia for at-risk populations, especially in large cities.The objective of this paper is to propose a new policy mechanisms approach to promote lithium battery buses in large cities in Brazil.

In this article we will show that the characteristics and functionalities of a blockchain data structure, although developed in the application layer, are similar to those of the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) in the Transport Layer. The TCP protocol is characterised by a point-to-point connection, reliable delivery, through validation mechanisms with confirmation and sequencing and retransmission. These characteristics are present in a blockchain, either in the form of software components or software and hardware arrangements.

Piper marginatum, popularly known in Brazil as Caapeba, is a native Amazonian plant of shrubby size, traditionally used for its active principles that act as therapeutic agents in wounds and pathologies. The objective of this work was to establish a protocol for the in vitro propagation of this species from leaf explants. For this, leaves were collected from two-year-old plants kept in a greenhouse at Embrapa Rondônia, in Porto Velho, Brazil.

The incorporation of waste generated by the steel industry in cementitious components can contribute regionally, in a sustainable way, to a significant reduction in environmental liabilities. This study aimed to analyze the physical and mechanical characteristics of concrete blocks without structural function manufactured with BSSF steel slag as a replacement for natural aggregates. Partial substitutions of 20, 40, 60, 80% of the natural aggregates were made by artificial ones in the production of the blocks.

The objective of this work is to identify the main dimensions and basic characteristics of Culture within organizations. In order to determine these dimensions and characteristics, a literature review was carried out with the keywords Cultur *, Business Strateg *, Portfolio Project Management, Mutinational compan *, subsequently using clusters and co-citations analysis to identify the authors and relevant topics, and a further analysis of the bibliographic references of the tests work.

O surgimento de doenças com fatores ambientais pode estar associado com a invasão humana em áreas selvagens, gerando o aumento de contato entre as espécies e o consequente transbordamento de patógenos que habitavam exclusivamente na vida selvagem para animais domésticos e seres humanos, sendo essa uma das explicações da propagação do SARS (Síndrome Aguda Respiratória Grave) e do vírus causador da COVID-19. A pandemia da COVID-19, trouxe à tona discussões da relação entre a degradação ambiental e as doenças infecciosas emergentes de origem zoonótico.
