This study presents how the labor reform promoted by progressive governments in Mexico since 2019 has influenced local statistics in terms of the resolution of labor and union disputes by the Aguascalientes Labor Conciliation Center. The historical trendof conflict resolution between capital and labor was interrupted by the creation of a new labor conciliation institute, as labor mediators are now part of the country's judicial branch, making labor justice faster and more expeditious. Such changeshave been reflected in a new historical statistical behavior in labor matters.
