The COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, has put into evidence multiple problems in education. This research frames some of these problems in order to investigate their nuances and impacts, in a systemic way, to propose interventions that prepare a transition from the current state of affairs into a desired future. Therefore, we chose the Prospective Design view in order to design the long term scenarios for university education that characterise the case study reported here.

The hierarquical zeolites with ZSM-5 structure (HZ5) catalyts was obtained using as silanizant agent the Phenyl-Amino-Propyl-Trimethoxysilane (PHAPTMS). The materials were synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis, surface acidity and scanning electron microscopy. The kinetic study by thermogravimetry of pure Atmospheric Residue of Petroleum (ATR) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) wastes werr performed with and without catalyst.

After the coronavirus pandemic, virtual work environment solutions increased dramatically in human history, proving to be a viable and much more sustainable method of project management and overall organization work. Teams working on projects in a virtual environment help reduce the carbon footprint and use resources more efficiently. This study is the first to do a quantitative analysis of the relationship between sustainability in project management and project success in a virtual environment.

Acerola (Malpighia emarginata) is widely distributed in Brazil and has a large amount of flavonoids. Quercetin is a flavonoid present in this fruit and its protection is necessary due to its high antioxidant activity. Thus, encapsulation by spray drying is the most used technique for the protection of this compound. Furthermore, it is necessary to determine the biomarkers contained in the dry extract of acerola. In a sample of dry extract of acerola, a selective extraction was carried out for quercetin determination by chromatographic analysis.

Environmental issues are the biggest factor in the search for cleaner energy production alternatives. The use of hydrokinetic turbines can be a viable option for communities close to rivers that have specific hydrological characteristics. Using geoprocessing techniques, it was identified and mapped within the São Francisco Verdadeiro River Basin (SFV), potential sites for installing hydrokinetic systems to generate electricity. Digital Alos Palsar Elevation Models chosen by the NASA Earth Data project and images from Landsat 8 (L8) were used.

A logística é uma das áreas mais importantes da Engenharia Civil. Isso se deve ao fato de que para qualquer tipo de obra na construção civil, é fundamental que haja um plano logístico a fim de evitar danos e erros estratégicos no desenvolvimento da mesma. Cabe lembrar que a logística é a técnica de gestão que tem como função planejar, implementar e controlar os serviços de transporte e armazenamento de mercadorias de modo eficiente e eficaz, como foco em satisfazer os parâmetros propostos pelos clientes e/ou fornecedores de forma lucrativa.

Este trabalho visa trazer ao conhecimento da comunidade científica conceitos e propriedades possivelmente relevantes sobre o intervalo entre os primos, chamados também de prime gaps. Toda a pesquisa é feita com base em dados obtidos diretamente por meio de algoritmos computacionais criados para o estudo dos primos e dos prime gaps. Estes algoritmos foram desenvolvidos pelos autores. Fundamentando-se nos dados obtidos, foi possível desenvolver e propor conjecturas para o comportamento dos prime gaps.

The psychologically impactful hair loss caused by a hereditary pattern, known as androgenetic alopecia (AGA), can occur in men as in women. Among medicines, finasteride has been used in association with blend-containing growth factors. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effects of the association between finasteride & blend-containing growth factors using a bacterial reverse mutation assay. Both compounds or in the mixture were subjected to TA97a, TA98, TA100, and TA102 with (+S9) and without (-S9) metabolic activation, using different concentration and combinations.

There is considerable agreement that neither type of fertilizer can be used without good agricultural production, and that organic matter and mineral fertilizers play their role (Dudal, 2002; FAO, 1999). A test was conducted in the Ngandajika region using a mineral fertilizer (DAP), a manure combining bat-guano and DAP, and a manure combining Tithonia diversifolia and DAP. The following results were recorded: Of two varieties, QPM3 yielded 3.87 Mg/Ha higher than Mus1 yielded 3.08 Mg/Ha.

La communauté des névroptères oufourmilions (Myrmeleontidae) sont des insectes cosmopolites. Un inventaire de ces Myrmeleontidae, a été réalisé pendant de 15 mois consécutifs dans trois zones agro-écologiques (zone soudanienne, zone soudano-sahélienne et zone sahélienne) du Burkina Faso. Ces captures ont été faites la journée à l’aide d’un filet entomologique et durant la nuit en utilisant un piège lumineux. Cette étude a permis de recenser 51 espèces de Myrmeleontidae et une abondance différente en fonction des zones climatiques (p<0,001).
