O trabalho propõe um diálogo entre o educador brasileiro Paulo Freire e o filósofo alemão Walter Benjamin no que tange às suas concepções acerca da dialogicidade e da narração, eixos teóricos nucleares para uma revisão crítica das proposições didático-pedagógicas antidialógicas ainda predominantes no contexto escolar.
Objetivo: O grupo de risco mais suscetível às complicações da Covid-19 foi especificado o grupo dos idosos por serem agravados por senescência ou senilidade, com isto o distanciamento social trouxe o agravante nas questões de doenças mentais, visto isso o presente estudo busca revelar os impactos que a pandemia trouxe à saúde mental da população idosa. Metodologia: Essa pesquisa trata-se de Revisão Integrativa, com abordagem qualitativa dos dados, com Prática Baseada em Evidências (PBE).
A taxa de mortalidade infantil é um indicador de saúde que demonstra as condições de vida ea qualidade dos serviços ofertados à população materno-infantil. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar os casos de óbitos por causas evitáveis em crianças menores de cinco anos de idade no Estado do Maranhão no período de 2015 a 2019. Trata-se de estudo ecológico de série temporal, com dados secundários provenientes de sistemas de informação em saúde. Este estudo avaliou 9998 casos de óbitos infantis por causas evitáveis em menores de cinco anos no período de 2015 a 2019 no Estado do Maranhão.
A pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar a conduta dos idosos diante das falsas notícias sobre saúde compartilhadas nas redes sociais virtuais.
This study focuses on access to and use of contraceptive methods in rural health areas. It was carried out through the organization of Focus Group Discussions with young people of childbearing age, young adults and adults in order to collect their opinions on contraceptive methods and the obstacles to using them.The choice of the study was motivated by the fact, in general, the studies have shown that there is a low use of family planning among couples in DR Congo, with the consequences of the demographic explosion, the growth maternal morbidity and infant mortality.
The aim is to assess survival time and risk of death from AIDS according to demographic, behavioral, and clinical characteristics of people living with HIV. This is a retrospective cohort study. The sample consisted of HIV/AIDS cases in individuals aged ≥13 years notified by the Health Information Systems between 2007 and 2019 and belonging to the 17th Health Regional of the state of Paraná. Survival estimation was performed by using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank test; the multivariate analysis was carried out by using Cox regression. A total of 3,264 records were included.
Objetivo: Identificar o perfil social e de saúde de idosos institucionalizados. Método: Pesquisa descritiva e transversal realizada entre março e junho de 2016 com 219 idosos residentes de uma Instituição de Longa Permanência para Idosos do nordeste brasileiro. Os dados foram analisados por meio de estatística descritiva e apresentados em tabelas. Resultados: Houve predomínio de mulheres, viúvos, boa escolaridade, aposentados, católicos, 1 a 59 meses de institucionalização e que recebem visitas.
Introduction: Although considered a “gold standard” procedure for surgical reconstruction of segmental resection of the mandible due to neoplasia, the fibula flap still represents a great challenge from the reconstructive point of view, and there are few studies with descriptions of the surgical results observed in large centers, particularly in developing countries. Objectives: To describe the evolution and surgical outcomes of cancer patients undergoing segmental mandibulectomy with mandible reconstruction using a fibula flap.
This text aims at addressing some historical and conceptual elements that anchor the decolonial discussion in order to contribute to the debate on the dimension of the formal/official curriculum as a narrative of selected concepts. It represents part of a culture defined as valid for composing the curricula, legitimized and guided by Curriculum Theories and Policies, constructed and managed by interests that guide them in different historical moments. For this, we carried out a literature review based on authors who theoretically support these discussions.
We evaluated aspects of energy consumption by air conditioning units in the Polytechnic School (PS) and the Faculty of Architecture (FA) of the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), Brazil. The methodology involved a Level I energy audit based on energy consumption data in those two departments, information concerning the efficiencies of air conditioning units in operation between 2013 and 2018, and interviews with management agents and users. We encountered mid-level indicators of energy use, corresponding to 58 kWh/m²/year in the PS and 40 kWh/m²/year in the FA.
