O objetivo dessa revisão foi encontrar características dos instrumentos de aço inoxidável e de níquel titanio, comparando eficiência no tempo de trabalho, segurança em relação a fraturas, curva de aprendizado através de uma vasta pesquisa literária. Para a construção do trabalho foi realizada uma revisão narrativa de literatura, para a comparação da eficiência da instrumentação manual com limas de aço inoxidável e limas M de NiTi. Buscando alcançar os objetivos da pesquisa serão realizadas buscas nos sites do Portal Regional da BVS Odontologia (Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde) e Pubmed da U.

Mosquitoes are responsible of a wide variety of infectious agents to humans. Malaria, dengue, yellow fever and other diseases transmitted by mosquito bites affect millions of people worldwide causing thousands of deaths each year, causing a major impact on the health services. National programmes to fight vector-born diseases are based on controlling the mosquito population with the use of insecticides in an attempt to interrupt the cycle of these diseases. Unfortunately, insecticide-resistant mosquitoes have already existed in many areas of the world.

Climate change has become a central issue for any vision that deals with the issue of economic and social development. Thus, controlling the potential effects of climate change has become a priority for any strategy or action aimed at economic and social development. So, the question that arises is: How to adjust between having economic development and mitigating the effects of climate change. Through this work, we have tried to present a new model of economic growth and development by introducing the climatic factor as a central explanatory component of economic development.

O estudo analisou os níveis séricos de PSA total e relação do PSA livre/total em 39 homens a partir de 45 anos de idade de três comunidades quilombolas, localizadas no Estado do Piauí.

Introduction: Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT) can be safely employed in the treatment of liver diseases, such as Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Materials and Methods: 32 individuals with a mean age range between 51.03 ± 9.58 years, suffering from NAFLD diagnosed by ultrasonography, were randomized into 2 study groups: Placebo's Group and PBMT's Group.

O presente artigo propõe, como metodologia,a realização de um inventário como fim de registrar os sítios arqueológicos presentes nos quatro municípios que compõem a Ilha de São Luís, com a utilização de materiais e ferramentas de conhecimento que perpassam a identificação, o georreferenciamento e zoneamento dos sítios.

Because of the nature of the topic, historicism appears to be the most appropriate theory applied.

The international road transport of goods, which accounts for 90% of trade in West Africa, should be an essential sector for the strengthening of regional integration in the area of the West African Economic Monetary Union (WAEMU).This article therefore aims to analyze the roles of the main actors in the road transit of goods from Mali and Niger via Burkina Faso in relation to the process of regional integration.

Introdução: Na área da saúde, a preocupação com mudanças no processo formativo tem sido pauta constante nos espaços de discussão e as metodologias ativas são uma das estratégias para o aperfeiçoamento deste processo. Objetivo: Conhecer a estrutura das Representações Sociais de docentes de graduação em saúde sobre metodologias ativas. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva e exploratória, de abordagem mista, embasada na Teoria das Representações Sociais.
