Covid-19 pandemic affected medical students in all countries of the world. These are times of challenges and opportunities to increase medical knowledge and to practice preventive measures. There is a considerable number of situations that can cause psychological symptoms in medical students, including human development. The aim of this study is to compare medical knowledge, preventive measures, and psychological perceptions in Brazilian and Mozambican medical students. Electronic questionnaires were sent by social network, then descriptive statistics and data pairing were performed.

O objetivo do estudo foi descrever o perfil epidemiológico dos acidentes de trabalho ocorridos na cidade de Ponta Grossa-PR entre os anos de 2015 a 2018, para conhecer o perfil de adoecimento dos trabalhadores, sendo que se caracterizou como exploratório, descritivo, de abordagem quantitativa, realizado por meio da coleta de dados secundários, a partir do Anuário Estatístico de Acidentes do Trabalho (AEAT) entre primeiro de janeiro de 2015 e 31 de dezembro 2018. As variáveis analisadas foram: ramos de atividade, sexo, idade, e tipo de acidente.

Diversos autores abordam sobre inovação e sustentabilidade, entretanto, a literatura ainda deixa margem sobre indagações a respeito das contribuições destes termos para a competitividade e para as estratégias de marketing das organizações. Dessa forma, este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as publicações científicas da base de dados Web of Sciencesobreinovação emprodutos sustentáveis. A pesquisa está classificada metodologicamente como quantitativa e qualitativa, sendo realizadas análises bibliométrica e textual.

This research aims to present the compost barn system, used by dairy farmers. Having as methodological guide the theoretical and practical comparison on this productive model. This system has its origin in the United States and has been gaining proportions, even timidly, all over the world, arriving with more expressiveness to Brazil recently. For this reason, we sought to measure the opinion and evaluation of the producers of the municipality of Quatro Pontes in western Paraná about this system, requesting positive and negative data.

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi identificar os sentidos encontrados para a vida por idosos com doença em fase terminal. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo fundamentado na logoterapia; fez-se uso de entrevistas semiestruturadas e análise de dados segundo método fenomenológico de investigação em psicologia. Foram realizadas quinze entrevistas com cinco idosos com doença terminal.

Objetivo: Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo apresentar e discutir as possibilidades do uso do método de história de vida e a praxiologia de Bourdieu, em estudos dos processos de ensino e aprendizagem da música percussiva, em especial, a percussão afro-brasileira. O caráter distintivo dessa abordagem metodológica é o de contextualização pessoal, histórica, social e institucional de narrativas.

O presente artigo teve como objetivo analisar a formação dos instrutores de trânsito no que diz respeito ao processo ensino-aprendizagem. Para tanto, foi realizada pesquisa documental e análise temática de conteúdo. Foi avaliado o “curso de instrutor de trânsito” definido na “Estrutura Curricular Básica para o curso para formação de instrutores de trânsito definida pela Resolução 789 de 2020 do Contran, que dispõe sobre as “diretrizes, disposições gerais e estrutura curricular básica dos cursos para formação de recursos humanos para atuar no processo de formação de condutores”.

This study aimed to discuss the Nursing Now campaign: process of operationalization of Nursing work in the face of the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic. It is a theoretical reflection based on scientific literature. The pandemic highlights the importance of Nursing care for the maintenance of life and the right to health. The Nursing Now campaign calls for the appreciation of nursing professionals who are currently working on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19.

The objective was to relate through the theoretical-scientific reference the Advanced Practice of Nursing and Primary Health Care in Brazil. Descriptive study, integrative review, where the theoretical-scientific survey was carried out by crossing the following Health Sciences Descriptors (DeCs): “Advanced Nursing Practice” and “Primary Health Care”, with the use of Boolean operators AND, and OR, through the VHL, in the SciELO Virtual Library and LILACS Database.

Brain Death (BD) is the total and irreversible stoppage of brain functions proven by clinical and complementary exams to verify the absence of flow, electrical and metabolic activity of the brain. The objective was to analyze the protocol for the diagnosis of Brain Death in a University Hospital in the city of Petrolina-PE. This is a descriptive, documentary, exploratory, retrospective, quantitative study, from January 2014 to July 2015.
