The work had as objective to study the economic viability of the hybridization of photovoltaic solar energy with the aquaponics system as an alternative of coexistence in the semiarid Brazilian Northeast. The work was developed in the municipality of Aracoiaba, Ceará, Brazil, in which an aquaponics system of the NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) type implanted with alternative items was built, and a photovoltaic solar energy system to meet the energy demand of the system.

A gestão da cadeia de suprimentos é um dos elementos que demanda inovação no âmbito da administração pública brasileira. Neste estudo, objetiva-se avaliar a aplicação da tecnologia blockchain ao mencionado setor, com parâmetros determinados pelo nível de maturidade tecnológica. Estudam-se os níveis de maturidade tecnológica, desde os aspectos conceituais até aplicações instrumentais, bem como se desenvolve abordagem sobre a cadeia suprimentos e as interações desta com a blockchain, com inserção no âmbito da administração pública.

Método:estudo transversal, exploratório, documental no qual foram analisadas informações disponíveis em websitesde 259 instituições que ofertavam especialização em urgência e emergência para enfermagem. A análise dos dados ocorre no Programa R, versão 3.5.1.

Introduction: The gait can be defined as a cyclic pattern, in the biped posture, which uses the lower limbs for propulsion of the body. In the field of Neurology, walking in the physical examination represents signs in the neurological evaluation, which assist in closing diagnoses. In the clinical environment, especially in the offices, the refinement of the gait evaluation is restricted to the experience of the clinician, because the space is often reduced, the time inadequate for evaluation. The Covid-19 outbreak caused a joint movement of researchers from around the globe in a way never before seen in the history of modern science, with the purpose of elucidating the entire pathophysiology of the disease, caused by the Sars-Cov-2 virus, and its systemic alterations that go beyond the involvement of the respiratory system. There is now widespread interest in investigating a relationship between Sars-Cov-2 infection and the involvement of other systems, such as the central nervous system, on triggers for manifestations such as Guillain-Barré Syndrome, and dysautonomia.

Stillbirth occurs worldwide and the rate of incidence changes according to the region. The low-income countries usually have the highest numbers of cases but middle and high-income countries also have significant stillbirth rates. Unfortunately, the situation remains undervalued despite the incidence globally. This literature review has the objective of broadening the understanding of the causes, risk factors, investigations and its distribution of stillbirths so as to achieve approaches to prevent stillbirth and to comprehend the importance globally.

Introduction: Breast cancer represents the second leading cause of death among women from cancer in the world. Within this context, the use of adjuvant endocrine therapy is recommended to prevent the recurrence of this injury. Although aromatase inhibitors significantly decrease the recurrence of this neoplasia in women after menopause, such drugs can be associated with important adverse effects.
