A Unique and a marvelous application of Swamiji Vethathiri Maharishi’s Acupressure 14 point’s exercise therapy to enrich bio magnetism for a speedy recovery of the left leg foot injury caused in a road mishap- A case study

The main objective of this article is to show that the practice of Swamiji Vethathiri maharishi’s acupressure 14 points exercises, which is regarded as a non-pharmacological treatment resulted in a speedy recovery of the left leg foot injury caused in a road mishap by enhancing the biomagnetism. Most of the road accidents occur in narrow and overcrowded streets. Further ignorance of traffic rules and regulations and carelessness of the self-driving of an individual contribute the most to road accidents.

Fatores de risco que desencadeiam incontinência urinária em idosos

Objetivo: Revisar e descrever, na literatura nacional e internacional, os fatores de risco responsáveis pelo desencadeamento da incontinência urinária em idosos. Método: a busca foi realizada entre março e maio de 2020. Os artigos foram selecionados das bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online, US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, escritos em inglês ou português entre 2016 e 2020.Resultados: de uma amostra inicial de 6445 artigos, 24 foram selecionados de acordo com os critérios desta revisão.

The study population corresponded to sevenBrazilian children with microcephaly, without other associated syndromes with the complete deciduous dentition.

Repercussions Of The Nurse's Educational Intervention On Patients Subjected To Cardiac Catheterization: A Qualitative Research

Objective: To analyze the repercussions of the nurse's educational intervention on patients subjected to cardiac catheterization. Materials and methods: descriptive, exploratory study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire and semi-structured interview with the participation of 8 patients. For data analysis, a “content analysis” technique proposed by Bardin was used. Results: It was identified that patients have limited knowledge about cardiac catheterization.

Machine Learning for inconsistency detection in hospital cesarean bills

Aims: Evaluate the most adequate Machine Learning models to the analysis of inconsistencies and irregularities on the final values on the bills presented to the health care plan operator. Methods: 1,602 medical bills’ receipts regarding caesarean hospitalizations, 50.20% of the receipts being inconsistent and 49.80% of the receipts not presenting inconsistencies. The selected documents are from the period between 2015 a 2019.

Women's experience towards perinatal grief: a psychodynamic understanding

This study aimed to describe perinatal grief. Therefore, it outlined specific objectives to investigate the assistance offered by the health team, identify how this assistance influences the elaboration of perinatal grief and understand at what stage of grief, according to the Kübler-Ross theory, the mothers were in. The method used was qualitative-descriptive, its samples were made up of four mothers, two who were submitted to a support experience as informed by the perinatal grief assistance materials and two who were not.

The objective of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the Home-based Older People’s Exercise (HOPE) protocol in terms of body composition and functional capacity of sarcopenic older people living in the Federal District. Method: this was a randomized clinical trial with a convenience sample composed of elderly people with sarcopenia based on the criteria of the European Work Group of Sarcopenia on Older People (EWGSOP2).

Index of accessibility to health regions: an equity indicator for the elderly population

Introduction: The collective health needs to include accessibility to PHC services, especially due to the demographic changes that influence the demand at this healthcare level. Objective: To access the geographical accessibility to BHU using the public bus lines, by health regions, the general population and the elderly according different age groups. Method: The population survey, and the number of stops and bus lines were carried out using secondary data, provided by official websites.
