Objetivo: investigar a prevalência de lesão por pressão em pacientes submetidos a cirurgias de médio e longo porte. Método: Estudo retrospectivo, transversal e analítico realizado em centro cirúrgico de um hospital universitário de Teresina Piauí, no período de agosto e setembro de 2019. A coleta de dados foi realizada mediante análise das anotações, prescrições, evoluções de enfermagem e dos registros médicos. A análise dos dados foi realizada de forma descritiva e expressa em frequências absoluta e relativa.

Particular do Patrimônio Natural (RPPN) é uma Unidade de Conservação de domínio privado, gravada em perpetuidade, com o objetivo de conservar a diversidade biológica, cuja criação se dá por ato voluntário do proprietário da terra. No presente estudo foi realizado um levantamento dos dados divulgados por órgãos oficiais acerca das RPPNs existentes do Estado de São Paulo. Também foi aplicado um questionário para uma amostra de 25 RPPNs, a fim de se obter um panorama da realidade atual e um estudo da viabilidade econômica de uma RPPN paulista.

Comparisons between the growth rates of countries have been controversial due to the existence of the convergence effect. Previous research has focused on convergence rather than comparative analysis focusing more on developed nations.

The commercial use of macauba oil feasible and make it a desirable species, where the hydrolysis process of trilglycerides is a promising alternative for obtaining fatty acids. After hydrolysis, glycerin is removed and the fatty acids generated later can be used for the production of biodiesel. This research also innovates due to the challenge of using heterogeneous catalysts based on niobium oxide impregnated with phosphoric acid, which presented superior results in the hydrolysis process when compared with H-USY zeolite.

This article aims to identify research strategies focused on methodological procedures and presentation of results in national and international quantitative studies, in the administration area, within a framework of critical-comparative analysis, in the period between 2015 and 2019. To develop this study, an exploratory-descriptive research was carried out, with a qualitative and bibliographic approach. For the treatment of the data it was used the content analysis technique, by means of Iramutec software, based on the phases described by Bardin (1977).

O hábito de fumar durante a gravidez continua sendo um grande problema de saúde pública. A fumaça do cigarro está intimamente relacionada à deficiência no desenvolvimento fetal, podendo acarretar déficits neurológicos, psicomotores, cognitivos e aumento de complicações comportamentais. O objetivo deste estudo foi descrever como o tabagismo pré-natal impacta no desenvolvimento neuropsicomotor infantil. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática. As pesquisas foram feitas nas bases de dados: SciELO, PubMed, Bireme e Lilacs, no período de agosto a setembro de 2019.

The many types of noise measuring applications available on smartphones make it easier for users to select and use these applications. Therefore, it is necessary to know the accuracy of the noise meter application available on smartphones.

One of the most important reasons for the prevalence of the nomadic life is that the climate and geographical conditions affect the meeting of basic needs such as food and shelter.
