It is central to the endless discussion about the past, the present and the future of the university as it was and should be addressed, what conditions are required of its leaders, what challenges they face in their work to preserve the best of the institution and exercise its role innovative by reconstructing its conceptions, institutions, procedures and values.

Designing an environmentally sustainable, economically and socially better productive territory in the Amazon region is possible through the implementation of a Living Lab, as a co-creation method, where users, companies and researchers idealize and perfect over time, a set of technologies capable of mitigating certain urban or rural problems in an interactive and intelligent way. This research aimed to theoretically model a Living Lab for the Tapajós micro region under the Open Systems Theory approach.

Introdução- O trabalho se constitui como um dos elementos fundamentais à existência humana, por meio dele as pessoas transformam, são transformadas e constituem sua identidade. O contexto de trabalho é um fator que influencia a saúde do trabalhador, considerando nesta perspectiva que a forma como este realiza seu trabalho, bem como suas relações interpessoais neste, sua vida social, física e mental, entre outros, permitem que suas atividades laborais sejam consideradas prazerosas ou não.

The commercial model adopted in the Brazilian Electric Sector since 2004 introduced a new process of purchase and sale of electricity starting from auctions. With the inclusion of customers in the free market, there was a need for studies and development of tools for the use of electricity contracting by the industry since a correct choice of energy volume and price can guarantee the company's profit or the viability of its service.

Objective: To analyze the challenges of nurse tutors in a residency program in obstetrics at a Public Teaching Hospital in the metropolitan region of Pará, northern Brazil. Method: Descriptive study with a qualitative approach, developed in a Public Hospital of Clinics, of medium and high complexity, located in the metropolitan region of Belém, northern Brazil. The sample consisted of nine preceptor nurses and four resident nurses participated in the study, from a residency program in obstetrics.

It was aimed to assess the effect of substitution of corn by popcorn residue on intake, digestibility and ingestive behavior of lambs. Four male, non-castrated Morada Nova lambs were utilized, with a mean body weight of 28 kg. Treatments consisted of different levels of substitution of corn by popcorn residue: 0, 333, 666 and 1000 g/kg of dry matter. The intake of dry matter and nutrients was obtained from the amount of feed offered and orts. Behavioral pattern measurements were carried out through the scan sampling method during 12 hours over two consecutive days.

The present study seeks to identify the gustatory threshold for sweet taste in elderly people registered in a hypertensive and diabetic patient monitoring program. A transversal and analytic epidemiological study conducted with elderly people registered in the monitoring program for diabetic and hypertensive patients at a family health care unit in the municipality of Jequié-BA. House calls were performed to obtain socio-demographic information and carry out the gustatory threshold for sweet taste test. The analysis of the data was realized using the programs Excel and SPSS.

Resumo: A lesão medular é um dano na coluna vertebral, podendo cursar com alterações graves, permanentes, transitórias, sensitivas e ou motoras. A lesão cervical traz complicações severas associadas as causas traumáticas, exigindo internação hospitalar. Objetivo: verificar se existe relação entre o nível de lesão cervical e o tempo de internação hospitalar. Métodos: Foi realizado um estudo longitudinal retrospectivo quantitativo e descritivo em um hospital do DF, tendo como amostra 29 prontuários de pacientes admitidos na UTI de 2016 a 2019.

Frutas e hortaliças são fontes importantes de compostos bioativos, dentre estes os polifenóis que compreendem o maior grupo nos vegetais, tendo-lhes sido atribuído várias propriedades biológicas benéficas à saúde. Descobertas recentes mostraram que os alimentos vegetais contêm quantidades abundantes de outros tipos de antioxidantes de alto peso molecular, denominados antioxidantes macromoleculares (MACAN), com propriedades promissoras relacionadas à saúde gastrointestinal.

This study sought to understand anxiety and depression factors in medical students; to identify the moment and mechanism of symptoms’onset; to recognize cognitive distortions among medical students displaying symptoms; and to reveal treatment and prevention efforts. The author conducted a qualitative field research with an individualized cross-sectional observational design through semi-structured interviews.
