Erosion, also known as biocorrosion, is a type of dental wear, promoted by chemical process in absence of bacteria. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of superficial protection and bonding protocols on bond strength to eroded dentin.
Objective: To identify the benefits of shock wave therapy in the treatment of patellar tendinopathy through a systematic review. Materials and methods: A systematic review study, carried out from October to November 2018. In this article, it was included randomized clinical trials with adults of both sexes who have patellar tendinopathy; studies in which the main treatment was based on shock wave therapy compared to no, minimal or other interventions and studies published in scientific journals between 2013 and 2018 without language restriction.

The choice of treatment depends on the functional deficit and response to the treatment already used.

Pressure Injury (LPP) is an injury caused by prolonged pressure or stress combined with friction and shear. This complication affects approximately 29.5% of hospitalized patients, with chronic, cardiac or neurological comorbidities. Objective was to synthesize the scientific production of nursing on the prevention of pressure injury to hospitalized patients. Due to the need of companies to reduce expenses and increase productivity, the study is based on analyzing the effectiveness of the use of filter pumps to improve the useful life of parts, components and hydraulic fluids of application in industrial slip pumps. Samples of the hydraulic oil used in the process were collected, studied and analyzed in order to demonstrate the cost benefit of the application of filter pumps.
