Technological innovation and environmental degradation have been prime agents for the existence and altering of social systems, historically world over. If latter provides basic resources for survival and sustenance and builds essential link between man and nature for human existence; the other provides tools (machines, industries etc) with which to exploit resources for the same by earning livelihood (central to work).

Dramatariarja dance is one of classic drama tari or traditional theatrical dance that is favored by Balinese in Indonesia. Dramatari arjais known to Balinese as arja. This research aims to describe and analyze the script discourse that is read by the drama characters on the stage. Two plays were chosen as the main subjects of the research, namely, Payuk Prungpung and Rareangon. The result of this research exhibits that significances given to character discourse of Payuk Prungpung and Rareangon are based on semiotic theory proposed by Ferdinand de Saussure.

This study was aimed to capture the need analysis of sport access learning (SAL) in order to promote self-regulated learning for sport education students. As many as 89 students had participated in this survey that consisted from bachelor degree and master degree of sport education at State University of Malang. This study conducted as a descriptive research using survey design to collect data related to the need analysis of SAL.

The Problem of stress is higher for the employees, employers and management. The present paper aims to know the various dimensions of the Organisational Role stress and to determine age based difference in stress level of employees. Employees belonging to age group of 36-45 years’ experience maximum organizational role stress. Second most age group is employees belonging to age category of below 25 years and it is being followed by employees belonging to age group of 26-35 years and least stress is experienced by belonging to age category of above 45 years.

Islamic bank is a bank that runs its business activities based on sharia principles. At the time of the economic crisis of 1998, many conventional banks collapse while Islamic banks are not affected. After the crisis, Islamic banking experienced significant growth in Indonesia. The problem discussed in this research is how is the history and development of regulation on Islamic banking in national legal system in Indonesia? The method used in this research is normative legal research by using approach of legislation.

In the present study, an attempt has been made to understand the importance of Digital Elevation Model for the analyses of drainage network and to extract the relative attributes for the Kagunuzi sub-basin. With geospatial techniquesof Remote Sensing and GIS, several morphometric parameters have been determined to understand the hydrological and geomorphological characteristics of Kagunuzi sub-basin.
