Hanseníase: aspectos epidemiológicos do município de anápolis - go segundo dados do datasus

O Leprosy is a chronic, infectious and potentially disabling disease, which has been historically neglected in Brazil. The aim of this study was to analyze the epidemiological aspects of leprosy in the city of Anápolis - GO, based on data from the Information Technology Department of the Unified Health System (DATASUS) between 2019 and 2021. This is a descriptive study. , quantitative and retrospective, with measures calculated from secondary data.

Correlation of ferritin and d-dimer with tomographic lung injuries in covid-19

A retrospective study of 114 medical records from a cohort in the Amazon, northern Brazil, of individuals with COVID-19 during up to 14 days of infection, under outpatient control, was carried out through the analysis of inflammatory biomarkers (D-Dimer and Ferritin) and lung CT scans. This study was conducted in the same laboratory between January and April 2021. All participants were over 18 years old, of both sexes and residents in the state of Pará. Females were the majority (57%) and with ages between 46-60 years (40.4%).

Factors conditioning and triggers to impairment of disorder of anxiety in widespread users assisted in caps-ad

General Objective: to identify the main factors that contributed to the emergence and development of TAG in users assisted at the CAPS-AD in Augustinópolis - TO. Methodology: The research is an exploratory-descriptive study, with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Opinion of approval by CEP nº 3.038.255, on November 26, 2019. Results and Discussion: It was found that Half of users affected by Generalized Anxiety Disorder - TAG are female, reaching 66.7% and only 33.3% are male.

O estudo pretende descrever quais os motivos de hesitação e atraso vacinal vivenciados na Atenção Primária à Saúde evidenciados a partir da literatura científica. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, foram incluídos os artigos em português, inglês e espanhol, publicados entre 2016 e 2021, disponíveis na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde BVS e PubMed.

Scar endometriosis at site of cesarean section and umbilicus

Scar endometriosis is a rare condition. We report a case of scar endometriosis occurring at the site of an old cesarean section scar and umbilicus. Case report: A 40-year-old multiparous woman complained of painful sensation during menstruation for 2 years that occurred at the site of her midline cesarean section surgical scar. Blood discharge with pain and redness at umbilical and scar wound site for 3 months. On examination, there was a firm hyperpigmented nodule measuring 3 x 3 cm in size at the upper site of the midline scar.

Autorregulação da aprendizagem e pedagogia da alternância: uma possibilidade do encontro

The possibilities of articulation between the related constructs of self-regulation of learning and alternation pedagogy in the perspective of the transversely of concepts are describe. This is a bibliographic study based on the assumptions of authors who have discussed broadening the themes. Thus, it seeks to contribute to the discussion of this field of knowledge that is directly linked to the teaching-learning processes, their strategies, teaching profession and school configuration.

Nursing assistance to the families of children with cancer in palliative care in the terminal phase of life

Objective: to analyze the nurses' performance in assisting the families of children with cancer in Palliative Care who are terminally ill in the light of the Peaceful End-of-Life Theory. Materials and Methods: qualitative research, carried out with 15 nurses. Data collection took place from October to December 2019, using the interview technique, based on a script containing questions related to the objective proposed for the study and guided by the concepts of that theory. The data obtained were submitted to content analysis.

Abordagem fisoterapêutica na hipertensão arterial sistêmica

A hipertensão arterial (HA) é uma doença crônica não transmissível (DCNT) definida por níveis pressóricos, em que os benefícios do tratamento (não medicamentoso e/ ou medicamentoso) superam os riscos. Trata-se de uma condição multifatorial, que depende de fatores genéticos/ epigenéticos, ambientais e sociais, caracterizada por elevação persistente da pressão arterial (PA), ou seja, PA sistólica (PAS) maior ou igual a 140 mmHg e/ou PA diastólica (PAD) maior ou igual a 90 mmHg, medida com a técnica correta, em pelo menos duas ocasiões diferentes, na ausência de medicação anti-hipertensiva.

Dificuldades no processo de diagnótisco do autismo: estudo reflexivo

O processo de diagnóstico do autismo exige uma atenção especializada, é importante que seja realizado precocemente e de forma ordenada. O estudo tem por objetivo: refletir sobre as dificuldades enfrentadas no processo de diagnóstico do autismo. Estudo reflexivo, de caráter exploratório e descritivo, que reuniu estudos pertinentes a temática de autismo, versando sobre o percurso de diagnóstico. Foram refletidos os seguintes aspectos: negação familiar; diagnóstico precoce; falta de conhecimento sobre o transtorno e atuação da equipe multiprofissional.
