Com o presente trabalho refletimos sobre a Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF), como esta se constitui importância primordial na vida dos brasileiros, atuando também como porta preferencial de entrada para os usuários que necessitam ter acesso as Redes de Atenção à Saúde (RAS). Refletimos sobre procedimentos de consulta de Enfermagem baseada na Lei Federal Nº 7.498/1986, garante que o enfermeiro portador do diploma de nível superior, adquirido ou revalidado em território brasileiro, goze do livre exercício da Enfermagem, cabendo-lhe importantes algumas atribuições.

Objective: To analyze studies which deal with nursing assistance to women with breast cancer, under palliative care. Method: Integrative literature review carried out by means of scientific articles’ research based on LILACS, BDENF, MEDLINE and EBSCOhost databases. 24 articles which dealt with palliative care of women with breast cancer were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.

A Síndrome dos Ovários Policísticos (SOP) é descrita pela associação do hiperandrogenismo e de alterações da função ovariana (anovulação, oligo-ovulação e/ou morfologia ovariana policística), com prevalência estimada em 6 a 19% das mulheres na menacme. Esta síndrome possui importância clínica por influenciar diretamente na qualidade de vida e no aumento do risco de diversas doenças, como infertilidade, câncer de endométrio e transtornos de humor.

Cardiovascular diseases are described in the literature as the main causes of death in the Brazilian population, and also have great repercussions worldwide. The aim of this study was to comparatively analyze mortality from cardiovascular diseases between 2010 and 2020, taking into account the record of death in the hospital environment, in the municipality of Vitória da Conquista - BA. This is a quantitative, exploratory, longitudinal research based on secondary data.

Objective: to describe the epidemiological profile of deaths from COVID-19 in the municipality of Montes Claros, Minas Gerais/Brazil, which occurred from the record of the first death until February 2, 2021. Methodology: this is an epidemiological, descriptive study, with secondary data extracted from the COVID-19 Epidemiological Bulletin, through the Epidemiological Surveillance of the Municipal Health Department of Montes Claros/MG. The variables evaluated were sex, age group, place of death, types of comorbidities and the main symptoms of COVID-19.

Background: This work aimed to perform the molecular detection of EBV in samples from donors and recipients of living donor kidney transplantations at the HEMOPA Foundation, in Pará state, an Amazon region, and to characterize the prevalence of EBV and allele frequency of HLA in this population, and seek associations between these two factors. Methods: EBV detection was performed on 200samples of candidate donors and recipients using Nested PCR.

The SARS-CoV-2 virus spreads around the globe and caused several symptoms, especially respiratory. However, much evidence indicates this virus causes neurological manifestations that must be investigated and understood, in order to avoid complications. In this context, this paperwork aims to compile information about the neurological changes related to the virus. Therefore, an integrative literature review study was conducted and 61 articles related to this theme were selected and analyzed. The authors searched the studies in the MEDLINE, Science Direct, and SciELO databases.

Objetivo: Analisar a adequação da assistência ao pré-natal na Atenção Primária à Saúde, assim como a articulação desta com os serviços secundários e o impacto da Rede Cegonha no acesso de gestantes ao serviço de saúde. Métodos: Realiza-se, então, uma pesquisa bibliográfica do tipo revisão de literatura de caráter integrativo por meio de coleta de artigos científicos na língua portuguesa e inglesa referentes aos anos de 2010 a 2020, através das bases de dados, tais como Scielo, Pubmed e Lilacs.

For the World Health Organization (WHO), patient safety can be defined as the reduction of unnecessary risks and damages to an acceptable minimum, and patient care practices are closely related to this process. Objectives: To determine the healthcare actions that should make up a safe ICU protocol; Develop a safe ICU protocol; Validate a safe ICU protocol. Method: Methodological study. Initially, a systematic review of the literature was performed, which sought to know the risks to the quality and safety of patients in intensive care and to support the construction of the protocol.

Objetivou-se com esse estudo analisar as produções científicas acerca das estratégias de enfrentamento da Covid-19 no sistema prisional.Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo revisão integrativa de literatura, de caráter qualitativo.
