Hoje em dia, existe um número muito alto de pacientes acometidos por diabetes mellitus, logo, o índice de complicações relacionadas às neuropatologias, como as úlceras venosas, por exemplo, torna-se elevadas. Desta forma, verifica-se que há uma série de riscos para os portadores deste agravo. A partir desta ideia, levantou-se a seguinte indagação: Qual a contribuição da enfermagem na prevenção de úlceras venosas em pacientes diabéticos?

Introduction: In the context of pandemics, in November 2019, an outbreak of respiratory disease by the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was detected in the city of Wuhan, China, the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) caused an unprecedented crisis in the area of education, causing the massive closure of face-to-face activities of educational institutions in more than 190 countries, academics, who are experiencing a conflict between face-to-face study and fear of contamination, anxiety and remote study, the learning method, creating difficulties of concentration and loneliness.

Obesity is one of the risk factors for Covid-19. However, long before the pandemic, this was already considered a public health problem. In Brazil there are more than 20 million obese individuals, with 56% of the population being overweight. The rapid growth in the number of cases has also been of concern to public health authorities. With the isolation due to the covid-19 pandemic the population was faced with uncertainties bringing anxiety and consequently bad habits that favor weight gain. Thus, it is important to assess people's perception of obesity as a risk factor for covid-19.

In the face of escalating antibiotic resistance, a critical global health threat, this article delves into the imperative of rational antibiotic use. The discovery of antibiotics revolutionized medicine, offering a potent weapon against bacterial infections. However, the subsequent overuse and misuse of these drugs have precipitated a crisis of antibiotic resistance, rendering standard treatments ineffective and elevating the risk of untreatable infections.

Objetivo: Revisar conteúdos apresentados na literatura referente ao emprego dos sistemas robóticos nas diversas modalidades cirúrgicas. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão sistematizada, descritiva, exploratória e quali-quantitativa nas bases de dados LILACS, SciELO, Cochrane e MEDLINE.

Objetivos: Descrever o perfil das vítimas e dos acidentes de trânsito atendidos em hospital secundário. Método: Estudo transversal, quantitativo, observacional e descritivo realizado em hospital secundário em município do Norte do Paraná, com vítimas maiores de 18 anos admitidas com diagnóstico de acidente de trânsito. Dados coletados por meio de instrumento adaptado, busca ativa através de entrevista e análise de prontuário em dias alternados, de dezembro de 2017 a abril de 2018. A análise de dados foi descritiva, freqüência absoluta e relativa, aprovado por Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa.

Objetivo: Revisar e descrever, na literatura nacional e internacional, os fatores de risco responsáveis pelo desencadeamento da incontinência urinária em idosos. Método: a busca foi realizada entre março e maio de 2020. Os artigos foram selecionados das bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online, US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, escritos em inglês ou português entre 2016 e 2020.Resultados: de uma amostra inicial de 6445 artigos, 24 foram selecionados de acordo com os critérios desta revisão.

Oral health care involves dental development, the stomatognathic system, and craniofacial growth in early childhood in order to significantly reduce corrective measures. However, what about individuals with microcephaly? The present study explores the morphological diagnosis of the faces of these children. The study population corresponded to sevenBrazilian children with microcephaly, without other associated syndromes with the complete deciduous dentition.

Objective: To analyze the repercussions of the nurse's educational intervention on patients subjected to cardiac catheterization. Materials and methods: descriptive, exploratory study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire and semi-structured interview with the participation of 8 patients. For data analysis, a “content analysis” technique proposed by Bardin was used. Results: It was identified that patients have limited knowledge about cardiac catheterization.
