Chemical addiction is characterized as a disease that affects the individual in a physical, psychic and social way. Its treatment aims not only on ceasing the substance use, but also its reduction and the dependent’s social reinsertion. In this scenario, religiosity has been shown as a protector factor to drug use and also as an enhancer on the dependent’s treatment.This is a qualitative research that had an encounter as data collection instrument.

Objetivo: Aplicar o teste Ml Flow para auxiliar no diagnóstico da hanseníase e identificar contatos intradomiciliarescom maior risco de adoecer. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, de corte transversal, com abordagem quantitativa. Foram incluídos no estudo 403 participantes, distribuídos entre casos índices, contatos intradomiciliares e casos novos recém-diagnosticadosem municípios do Estado do Maranhão, Nordeste do Brasil, no período de 2015 a 2017. Resultados: Identificou-se 7,0% (20/290) de contatos intradomiciliares com alto risco de adoecer.

The present study investigates mental health indicators: depression, anxiety, stress, sadness, satisfaction with life and associated variables, gender, educational level, having an academic or professional occupation, the constancy of physical exercises, presence of chronic disease, displaying symptoms, having been infected, having tested for Covid-19, isolation level, working from home, searching for information related to Covid-19, time devoted to social networks and belief in infection by Covid-19 from you and others.

O ano de 2020 é marcado por grandes desafios na área da saúde com o advento da pandemia por Covid-19 que assolou o mundo de forma geral, deste modo, objetivo principal deste estudo é relatar e evidenciar a importância dos EPIs para profissionais e estagiários de saúde no cenário da pandemia de Coronavírus. Trata-se de uma revisão da literatura de cunho exploratório em que foi possível como resultado alcançado evidenciar a importância do uso dos equipamentos de proteção individual no contexto de pandemia.

The objective of this work was to verify the digestive enzymatic activity of pirarucu (Arapaima gigas) using live food during initial feeding training. A total of 804 juveniles of pirarucu were homogeneously distributed in six circular PVC tanks with a capacity of 500 L (400 L water volume) and a flow rate of 10 L h-1. The experiment was conducted in three phases, four days for each phase.

One-third of people with pre-diabetic condition progress to type 2 diabetes within five years. However, with adequate knowledge on diabetes risk reductionbehaviors, progression to diabetes can be controlled. We therefore recruited 220 suspected cases ofpre-diabetic patients at Busia County Referral Hospital assessed their knowledge, and adaption of risk reduction behavior. A cross sectional study design and a systematic sampling approach wereused.

O estudo em questão elucida as ações da enfermagem no cuidado pré-natal de baixo risco. Objetivo: refletir sobre as ações realizadas pelo enfermeiro no cuidado pré-natal de baixo risco.

Objetivo: identificar o perfil clínico dos óbitos após cirurgia cardíaca com esternotomia. Métodos: estudo descritivo, retrospectivo, de bordagem quantitativa realizado em um hospital público de referência cardiovascular emPernambuco.A população alvo foram os pacientes submetidos à cirurgia cardíaca com esternotomia que vieram a óbito no período de julho de 2017 a junho de 2019. Resultados: no total, 466 pacientes foram submetidos a cirurgia cardíacanoperíodo.A amostra foi compostade51 pacientescuja idade média foi de 67 anos, predominância do sexo feminino.

The importance of national and international university rankings for their legitimacy in the institutional field has questioned the researches and leaders of the institutions for a closer look at this issue. The objective of this paper was to analyze the influence of the performance indicators of the internationalization of rankings as legitimacy for the institutional field of a public higher education.

O Based on a description of the theories and principles of the analysis of children's drawings, we propose an integrative approach that enables their use in research with children. We created a brief timeline of the concepts that involve children's drawings with emphasis on the evolutionary approach as the central axis of theorizations in the field.
