Influence of cr2o3 on structural parameters of screen printed zno thick films

Thick films of pure and Cr2O3 doped ZnO with various concentrations (1 wt. %, 3 wt. %, 5 wt. %,7 wt% and 10 wt% ) of Cr2O3 were prepared on alumina substrates using a screen printing technique. These films were fired at a temperature of 700ºC for two hours in an air atmosphere. Morphological, compositional and structural properties of the samples were studied using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction techniques respectively. Crystallite size, lattice parameters and specific surface area of undoped and doped films were determined.

High dimensional painlev´e integrable schwarzian boussinesq models

The known integrable models possess Schwarzian forms with M¨obious transformation invariance, it may be one of the best ways to find new inte grable models starting from some suitable Schwarzian forms. In this paper, with introducing the high dimensional Schwarzian derivatives, the general (n + 1)-dimensional systems are obtained from the usual (1+1)-dimensional Schwartzian Boussinesq equation. A singularity structure analysis of the extension system is carried out and it is shown that arbitrary dimensional systems admit the Painlev´e property.

Quantittative determination of cr (vi) by diphenylcarbazide reagent

A quantitative method of Cr (VI) - determination by using diphenylcarbazid reagent was studied in detail. This method exhibits a very high sensitivity in analyzing Cr(VI) in water samples. The optimal condition for the determination of Cr (VI) was established. If in the samples, the much excess of Cr (VI) compared with DPC the maximum absorbance of color complex would be reduced. This is very important problem when use of the method in practice.

Preliminary studies on generating metal nanoparticles in pomegranates (punica granatum) under stress

The submitted article was dedicated to research of biosynthesis and generation of metal nanoparticles in Punica Granatum. Researches carried out with dried leaves, bark and extracts made from the leaves and fruits. Our study was carried out in two directions: biosynthesis of nanoparticles was carried out by using plant extracts and metallic salts. At the same time in living systems studied biogeneration of nanoparticles and determined mechanism of this event.

Triple encryption of multiple keys for symmetric key crypto systems

Multiple encryptions in a practical system refers to encrypting the data more than once i.e., encrypting the data twice or trice to increase the security levels. As long as the cipher is unbreakable the encryption schemes remains strong. In view of the known attacks encrypting the data more than once will strengthen the security levels. In this paper we proposed a triple encryption scheme by using two keys generated by the mathematical structures from the number-theoretic concepts.
