The objective was to analyze the implementation impact of the Enterprise Resource Planning Boss System in the administrative costs of companies in the city of Chihuahua. The method was consisted on reviewing the 2010 from 50 companies incorporated in Boss System within the City of Chihuahua, Mexico. The information was fully obtained by January 2012 and in May the final data was concluded.

Using and exploiting songs in the classroom; do they work? a case study in teaching efl to students of junior high schools in Indonesia

This study has mainly attempted to find out whether or not using songs in teaching EFL class works; looking from the aspects of students’ enthusiasm, interest, participation, and their performance in pronunciation. It also aims to examine the types of songs used in teaching this level of students. Additionally, it will assess if the use of songs in teaching and learning process in the classroom can improve the students’ performance and achievement in listening and vocabulary by using mixed method, which is a combination of both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Capacity building and its impact on members of self help group in South Kerala

This paper tries to prove the need and also understand the perception of members of the self-help groups in the necessity of training and development needed for the effectiveness for attaining the primary goal of Self Help Groups – upliftment. The impact of capacity building programmes on the functioning of self-help groups in the districts of Kollam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta and Ernakulam were studied. This study is compiled with the help of primary data covered over a period of 8 months. Sample size of the study was 120 respondents from 37 self-help groups in these districts.

House is one of the essential needs for every human being. People mostly use conventional financing to finance their home. The conventional system is based on interest which is entirely prohibited in Islam, its utilization is not recommended. Islamic home financing such as Bay Bithaman Ajil (BBA) and Musharakah Mutanaqisah (MM) are proposed as an alternative home financing. MM is believed to be a better option than BBA nowadays.
