A presente pesquisa versa sobre o contexto contraditório dos valores organizacionais frente ao comportamento pró-organizacional antiético do gerente geral bancário a partir da percepção dos liderados bancários. Diante dessa premissa, a pesquisa teve como objetivo: identificar se há relação entre os valores organizacionais e comportamento pró-organizacional antiético dos gestores gerais na busca por resultados organizacionais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitative com o uso de questionário estruturado de duas escalas validadas.

One of the areas that remain unexplored in education psychology is the effect of educational apps on independent skills among autistic children. Today Indonesia’s football game has emerged as one of the most dangerous places to watch and is spreading throughout the archipelago. This study explores the development of Football supporters ‘social movement and fanaticism through ARIF (Aggressive, Religious, Innovative, and Fanaticism) social behavior development based on Bugis local cultural wisdom. The method used is a survey of the Sinjai supporter in the COVID-19 Pandemic situation. The data were analyzed using a frequency descriptive statistical test and interactive thematic.

Resumo: Este texto tem como foco conhecer um pouco dos usos do território cearense, especialmente, aqueles manifestados no território do patrimônio histórico tombado. Revelaremos como se pode compreender as rugosidades materializadas a partir dos lugares, que nos instigam a elucidar questões relevantes e interpretativas do sistema de objetos e ações, como premissa para entender os mencionados usos e materialidade visível, produto e resultado do trabalho humano.

The main objective of this article was to investigate some facts, deeds, myths and truths about the Capoeirista from Santo Amaro, Bahia, Manuel Henrique Pereira, popularly known as Besouro Cordão de Ouro and/or Besouro Mangagá. To do so, we used the basic exploratory biographical case study method with a qualitative approach. As for the techniques of data collection and information generation, the interview technique was applied, always aided by the field diary instrument. Concomitantly, research was also carried out in public archives where primary documentary sources were consulted.

Purpose: The paper examined impact of foreign capital inflows and property rights on financial development in SSA for the period 2000 to 2020 using dynamic panel data analysis. Design/methodology/approach: The System Generalized Method of Moments estimator (SGMM) was employed to determine the long-run and short-run dynamics of the link between the variables of interest. To create a single aggregate index for financial development and foreign capital inflow, the study performed Principal Component Analysis (PCA).

O objetivo deste estudo foi conhecer os resultados de publicações acadêmicas sobre o uso de metodologias ativas em Cursos de Administração no período de 2014 a 2018. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo bibliométrico, com fins exploratórios, nas bases de dados digitais do Google Acadêmico, do SPELL® Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library e da Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do Brasil. Foram analisados 36 trabalhos.

Objetivo: Refletir acerca da “identidade e diferença” do Ser Enfermeiro na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal partindo da filosofia. Métodos: Trata-se de um Ensaio teórico-reflexivo, baseado na literatura e percepções das autoras, buscando discutir a identidade dos enfermeiros atuantes na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. A temática despontou a partir de leituras e discussões grupais realizadas na disciplina Análise Crítica dos Cuidados Clínicos em Enfermagem e Saúde, no Doutorado Acadêmico em Cuidados Clínicos em Enfermagem e Saúde, da Universidade Estadual do Ceará.
