O presente artigo se propõe aanalisar os impactos das novas morfologias do trabalho na sociedade e, sobretudo, identificar formas de regulação capazes de assegurar inclusão social e trabalho digno para as modalidades de trabalho derivadas do uso de tecnologias. A pesquisa destaca o conflito entre os interesses do mercado e dos trabalhadores e a importância da regulação do Estado sobre as relações de trabalho por plataformas digitais como mecanismo de garantia de um patamar civilizatório mínimo de direitos para essas novas morfologias do trabalho.

Abordamos aspectos pedagógicos da formação policial militar e sua relação com a democracia. O mote foi a Lei 1.036/2008, que definiu o sistema de ensino da Polícia Militar de São Paulo, em diálogo com o Parecer 945/2019 do Conselho Nacional de Educação, que trata das Ciências Policiais. Foram utilizados referenciais teóricos sobre violência policial, currículo, profissionalização docente, particularmente escritos sobre a embrionária ciências policiais, considerando que a polícia é um serviço público essencial e emergencial.

The present study sought to develop an intervention for muscle and tendon strengthening, analyze and discuss the importance of the role of Physical Education professional in the recovery of sports injuries. It was a semi-experimental Case Study. Considering the total rupture of the Achilles tendon, the patient underwent a pre- and post-test evaluation and a sequence of training, recovery and strengthening of the lower limbs. This research analyzed the importance of applying a post-surgical rehabilitation program with strengthening exercises in patients with total Achilles tendon injuries.

The Brazilian territory of the Legal Amazon is historically endemic for malaria, an acute febrile illness whose etiological agents are the parasitic protist (Plasmodium spp.).The research analyzed the epidemiological situation of malaria in the federative units of the Amazon region, from 2010 to 2019. This is a descriptive study, where the epidemiological indicators were obtained from the available database: Ministry of Health and Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics.

This study aimed at understanding the theme Eco-Innovation by surveying its state-of-the-art. The theme was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively using the systematic review method.

Citizenship is among the most prominent values that represent the political and social nourishment of the individual, making the individual able to adapt to himself and his community. The paper explores the symptoms of stress, causes of stress and sources of stress among the migrant workers in Bangalore City. The study further tries to understand the coping strategies of stress, management offering of facilities to overcome stress, utilisation of those facilities by the workers and workers expectation from management related to coping with stress. The data is collected from the migrant workers working in the Bangalore City. It was collected from migrant workers working in various industries using a well-structured questionnaire.
