Na região amazônica, o sistema de corte e queima é a principal forma de preparo do solo na agricultura familiar. Desta forma, objetivou-se avaliar os impactos ambientais causados pela agricultura familiar via desflorestamento e uso do fogo na implantação de sistemas de cultivos. O estudo foi realizado na comunidade Castanhandeua, no Município de Moju, Pará. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com sete agricultores atendidos por um projeto de extensão do curso de agronomia do Instituto Federal do Pará, Campus Castanhal.

Cashew belongs to the family Anacardiaceae, the genus Anacardium and species A. occidentale. Cashew is considered native of tropical America, not-withstanding the uncertainty in defining its natural distribu-tion, due to its long association with man. It was suggested that it originated in the restinga, meaning the low vegetation found in the sandy soil along the coast of Eastern and Northeastern Brazil. Anacardiaceae is a moderately large family consisting of Ca 74 genera and 600 species.

This paper presents results of case study São SimãoHydropower Plant, the development and testing of an application that applies augmented reality to display BIM information over the real infrastructure of hydropower plant existing areas. The application aims to assist users in identifying interferences between future AEC projects and current electrical, mechanical and civil infrastructure.

Tomatoes, peppers, potatoes and eggplants all belong to the Solanaceae family of flowering plants. Plants in this family are also called nightshades. There are more than 3000 species of nightshades. Many of them are important to our economy. The Solanum lycopersicum / S. esculentum-complex contains seven species that are easily crossed with cultivated tomato and these have served as a source of genetic variability for the improvement of tomato varieties.

Introduction: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is considered a public health problem, characterized by the presence of kidney damage or a reduced level of kidney function (glomerular, tubular and endocrine), with progressive and irreversible loss. Objective: to identify in the literature the strategies carried out by the multidisciplinary team for the early diagnosis and treatment of CKD in the context of Primary Health Care. Method: This is an integrative literature review.

It is increasingly common to perform surgical procedures in dentistry offices. Furthermore, the number of patients who need to undergo these procedures and use oral anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents has also been increasing. Oral anticoagulants are drugs whose main function is to increase blood clotting time, and have been widely prescribed as prophylaxis to avoid thromboembolic phenomena. It is essential that the professional dentist should be duly qualified to know which protocols should be followed when performing operative techniques in these patients.

Introdução: O aleitamento materno oferece benefícios para a lactante e também ao lactente, sendo importante para estabelecer vínculo e afeto, além de fornecer, para a criança, nutrição adequada e prevenir doenças, já que fortalece o sistema imunológico, reduzindo a morbimortalidade infantil e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento cognitivo eficiente. Ademais, os benefícios da amamentação para a mãe são a proteção contra câncer de mama, redução do risco de diabetes, hemorragia, gravidez e custos financeiros com alimentos, e recuperação do útero ao estado pré-gravídico.

In the last decades, nanoparticles have been the subject of intense studies, since intrinsic characteristics, such as their size, morphology, physical and chemical properties, that allow the manipulation of functionalities and applications mainly in the biomedical area, whose research has demonstrated several advantages in pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics, demonstrating its ability in the drug delivery system.
