Exploring the Therapeutic Potential of Propolis: Insights into its Chemical Profile and Pharmacological Activities

Propolis is a natural adhesive produced by honey bees. This study explored two extracts, methanolic and ethanolic, prepared through Soxhlet extraction and maceration, respectively. The antioxidative, antibacterial, and anticancer properties of these extracts were assessed. For quantification, flavonoid, phenolic, and tannin contents were determined in both extracts. The antioxidant properties of the extracts were evaluated using DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assays.

Study of Urinary Hydroxyproline, Serum Pseudo Choline Esterase, Serum Protein Electrophoresis Abnormalities in Pem Children

Introduction: Hydroxyproline is a translation modification of amino acid for the formation of collagen in PEM (Protein energy malnutrition) children the hydroxylproline is excreted through urine not seen. The pseudo choline esterase lowers in the PEM children because of liner enlarged and impaired LFT and at the same time, the hypoalbuminemia is observed by an electrophoretic pattern of A: G ratio. Materials and Methods: This case-control study was carried out in the Index Medical College, Department of Pediatrics. This study population consisted of 75 cases of PEM and 50 controls.

The Beal´s Conjecture a Geometric Proof

This article has the main goal of present a solution to The Beal Conjecture and Prize, that were widely announced in an article that appeared in the December 1997 issue of Notices of the American Mathematical Society. So far, there is no demonstration for the Conjecture, and the prize money of 1, 000, 000 dollars is being held by the AMS. It is known that Beal’s Conjecture is a generalization of Fermat’s Last Theorem. By the year of 1993, Fermat s Last Theorem was mathematically demonstrated by Andrew Willes.

Perspectives on Spirituality, Astral Body, Tantra, Religion, and Health: Anintersectional Exploration

This paper explores the intersection of spirituality, the astral body, tantra, religion, and mental and physical health, examining how these interconnected concepts influence and shape human experiences. Comprehensive Analysis of Rainfall Pattern, Slope Vulnerabilities and Mitigation Strategiesin Kullu Valley, Himachal Pradesh

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of Kullu district's rainfall patterns and associated vulnerabilities over the past three decades. Results illustrate annual rainfall data, highlighting extreme years like 2010 and 2019 with peak rainfall, and 2004 and 1999 with minimal levels. The trends in both annual and normal rainfall comparisons indicate a notable variability. Despite fluctuations, a marginal 0.0031 percent rise in overall rainfall is observed, suggesting a gradual increase over time.

A comparative analysis of serendipity engines and personalized recommendations

This study investigates the influence of serendipity engines on consumer discovery behaviour, purchase diversity, and satisfaction within e-commerce platforms, contrasting their performance with traditional personalized recommendation systems. Unlike conventional algorithms that prioritize user experience by delivering tailored suggestions based on historical data, serendipity engines introduce an element of surprise, encouraging unexpected discoveries.

Evaluation of Banana Plants Genotypes under Conventional and Organic Production System in Mato Grosso State, Brazil

Banana crop is important for Mato Grosso State both for domestic consumption and for sale in other states; however, the occurrence of diseases, such as black Sigatoka, caused problems for its cultivation. Thus, introduction and evaluation of resistant genotypes to pests and diseases are required. Agronomic characteristics of banana genotypes were evaluated under two cropping system in the north of Mato Grosso State, Brazil.
