The design, dimensioning and optimization of a 1 kva tubular linear alternator

In this study; basically the design of a 1KVA tubular linear alternator has been carried out for a free mechanical piston and internal combustion engine. In the conducted design, the conformity of the optimization data has been examined with finite elements method and the geometrical dimensionings of the designed alternator have been determined with a developed analytical calculation program.

Chemical reaction effects on micropolar nanofluid flow over a mhd radiative stretching surface with thermal conductivity

In this paper, an analysis is presented the effects of chemical reaction parameter variable thermal conductivity and radiation on the flow and heat transfer of an electrically conducting micropolar nanofluid over a continuously stretching surface with varying temperature in the presence of a magnetic field.  The surface temperature is assumed to vary as a power-law temperature. The governing conservation equations of mass, momentum, angular momentum and energy are converted into a system of non-linear ordinary differential equations by means of similarity transformation.

History of social security of population

Social security has own history and it deserves a deep research to be conducted and results to be properly highlighted. This article started discussing basic concepts of social security through its historical aspects. Two basic Bismarkian and Beveridgian concepts are different by origin and technically but nowadays successfully enrich and complement each other but nevertheless both of them don’t lose its peculiarities.

Peptic ulcers include following gastric ulcers and Duodenal ulcers. The aim of our study is to study the various method and management of peptic ulcer perforation and significance of thease in post operative period. The treatment of perforated ulcer disease continues to evolve because of recent advances in pharmacology, bacteriology, and operative technique. The main surgical treatment option was simple closure with Graham patch and laparoscopic.

Stigma associated with electroconvulsive therapy among patients who received ect

The purpose of this study was to assess the stigma associated with ECT among patients at Department of Psychiatry, Christian Medical College, Vellore. A sample of 50 was selected using consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected by interviewing the subjects with Stigma assessment scale. The mean age of patient was 30.42 years Majority of the population still holds ECT as a stigmatizing treatment option.

Macroeconomic effects of capital flow structure in sub-saharan Africa

The influence of capital flows on the macroeconomic stability has been a great concern and examining the effect is of great importance to the macroeconomic policies and risk aversion measures in the recipient countries. Therefore, this study quantitatively analyzed the influences of the capital flows on growth rate of output and inflation rate using several Structural Vector Autoregressive (SVAR) models. The study found that the capital flows have inconclusive effects on output and inflation in the selected African countries from 1985Q1 to 2015Q4.
