Now a day a construction industry growing on a large scale methods and quality of work, improved but due to increase in the construction the land space for living were made available by deforestation which result in Green House Gas (GHG) Emissions which in turn increasing carbon footprints in nature which is very dangerous for environment.
Delays to projects is one of the most important concerns of the construction industry. The delays to the projects affect the economies throughout the world. Delay to projects means the slowdown of development in all other related fields. Identifying whether the delay is critical or not helps in taking appropriate decisions at the correct time. Delays may be non excusable which are contractor caused for which the client and the consultants should have project management tools to effectively manage the delays, client caused delays are the delays due to the client.

Many metaheuristic algorithms are used for solving different optimization problems efficiently. From these metaheuristic algorithms, nature-inspired optimization algorithms are widely used to find better solutions and their best results. In this paper, five types of metaheuristic algorithms such as Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, Bee colony optimization (BCO) algorithm, Bat algorithm (BA), Cuckoo search (CS), Firefly algorithms (FA) were used as the basis for comparison. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is based on the interactions between social insect, swarms.

Faecal neutrophil-derived proteins (mainly calprotectin and lactoferrin) assessment is receiving increasing attention as promising tools to differentiate organic bowel diseases and functional bowel diseases.
The authors report a patient with the rare presentation of unilateral external jugular vein thrombosis. A 45 year male presented with swelling over left side of the neck and puffiness of the face. Physical examination revealed cord like thickening of left external jugular veins. Doppler studies showed thrombosis of left external jugular vein. No malignancy, coagulation disorder, or any infection was demonstrable. Ligation and excision of thrombosed part of EJV was done.
An 81-year-old man with chronic hepatitis C and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) underwent radiofrequency ablation (RFA). After three week, third degree skin burns occurred a bilateral anterior thighs grounding electrode pad site. To prevent skin burning due to electrode pad there is a need for cooling and steroid application if there is redness.
Parotid, submandibular, and sublingual glands are the major paired salivary glands. Imaging of the salivary glands has an important role in examination of morphology and function, to establish a diagnosis, for treatment, and for surgical planning. There are several options for diagnostic imaging: plain radiography, sialography, ultrasound (US), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), salivary gland scintigraphy and positron emission tomography (PET).
This study assessed properties of silk produced by three selected strains of the domesticated silkworm Bombyx moriviz. ICIPE I, ICIPE II and Chun-Lei X Zheng Zhu reared in Kenya. Selected silk characteristics were evaluated and performance tested to determine its suitability as a textile material. The study established that winding breaks and elongation varied among the silkworm strains. The study also established that there were significant differences in the cleanliness and neatness that ranged between 97 to 94.4% and 93 to 88.9%. respectively.
Introduction: Marriages between blood relatives are nowadays cultural norms & are least researched in relation to adverse child health outcomes. The fetal growth ratio can be used to demonstrate this effect.
Objective: To determine the effect of consanguinity on fetal growth ratio.
