Introduction: inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) correspond to a group of immune-mediated chronic inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract of unknown causes on genetically predisposed individuals. In this group are heterogeneous diseases that affect the mucosa of the gastrointestinal tract, being more common Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Material and Methods: this is a descriptive study of the sectional type, of documentary nature.

A field experiment was carried out at the Crop Botany Field Laboratory of Bangladesh Agricultural University, Bangladesh. When I was promoted to High School, then various combinations of subjects were offered to me by ICSE board.Out of which I have to choose the subjects based on future prospectives. Out of offered subjects, some were core (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History and Civics, Geography, English Literature, English Grammar, Hindi) and few were elective such as Economics Application, Computer Science, Art and Environmental Science. So I selected Economics Application at High School level.

Perception of knowledge, attitudes and preventive practices about warning signs and symptoms for coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular risk factors in People with Hiv

Objective: to evaluate the perception of people with HIV about knowledge, attitudes and preventive practices about warning signs for Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and cardiovascular risk factors. Methods: cross-sectional study conducted in a Specialized Care Service (SAE) for people with HIV in a hospital in the city of Jataí-GO, Mid-West, Brazil. A questionnaire with open and closed questions was used. Bivariate analysis stratified by sex was performed to check the factors associated with warning signs of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and cardiovascular risk factors.

A influência dos alimentos na prevenção e no manejo da doença de alzheimer- uma revisão integrativa

RESUMO: A doença de Alzheimer (DA) é umas dasdemências mais relevantes do mundo, a mesma édescrita como um desarranjo progressivo e crônica a qual leva a morte dos neurônios colinérgicos. Normalmente, o primeiro aspecto clínico é a deficiência da memória recente, ao passo que as lembranças remotas são preservadas até uma certa fase da doença. O Alzheimer atinge enorme parte da população, principalmente pessoas a partir dos 65 anos. Pesquisasdemonstram que um estilo de vida mais saudável pode ajudar a diminuir o risco desta e outras demências.
