This study investigates the effect of Financial Technologies on Financial Awareness and Mutual Fund investment decisions. The research is based on both primary and secondary data. Data was gathered from the Anuppur district of Madhya Pradesh using a purposive sampling technique through structured, closed-ended questionnaires. The study covers the months of November and December in 2022. Only 288 responses out of 400 distributed questionnaires were deemed suitable for the study.

Out-of-court labor agreements in the mexican labor regulatory institutions of the neoliberal period

This paper shows how a legal labor figure, such as the out-of-court labor agreement in Mexico, became the first mechanism of working class restraint and domination by the country’s representatives of federal and local authorities carried out in labor regulatory institutions. Such legal figure, over the years, became an effective mechanism that efficiently suppressed the large number of cases of workers' conflicts generated by the implementation of new management strategies in the companies of 1995-2018 neoliberal Mexico.
