Esta pesquisa teve como objeto de investigação a metodologia da problematização como prática pedagógica de professores e alunos do curso de terapia ocupacional da Universidade do Estado do Pará.Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem quali-quantitativa do tipo estudo de caso que objetiva analisar as concepções e a utilização da metodologia da problematização como ferramenta de ensino aprendizagem. O eixo teórico da pesquisa foi construído a partir da contextualização dos paradigmas da educação e da metodologia da problematização.

The COVID-19 disease was detected in Wuhan-China in December 2019; in March 2020, it was declared a pandemic. Due to the high transmissibility, there was a need to adapt protocols for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to provide health care, substantially increasing its use. However, increased demand and production shortages culminated in rising costs. The aim of this study was to analyze the economic impact on the cost of acquiring PPE in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. An integrative literature review was performed in PubMed, LILACS and CINAHL databases.

The present study intends to determine the personnel turnover rates of a small company operating in the textile industry, located in the interior of the state of São Paulo, from 2010 to 2019. Characterized as descriptive, with a case study approach, the data of admission and dismissal, among others, were collected through documentary research and interviews with partner directors. The results show an expressive turnover rate, with an average of 44.05% for the analyzed period. The years 2014 (77.78%), 2017 (63.64%) and 2019 (54.17%) were the ones with the highest values.

Among the pandemics that devastated humanity in the last 100 years, those caused by influenza viruses, belonging to the Orthomyxoviridae family, stand out. In December 2019, incity ofWuhan, China, a new coronavirus has been identifiedbelonging to the subfamily Coronaviridae. The etiological agent causing the new pandemic characterized as COVID-19 is the Sars-CoV-2 betacoronavirus, which infect animals and humans in a wide variety.This is a descriptive cross-sectional epidemiological study.

Aspects of populational structure of Epinephelusitajara were studied with specimens obtained as by-catch of fisheries of the species Tarpon Megalops atlanticus, in coastal and estuarine areas of Maranhão Gulf, Northeastern Brazil (02°05'38"S - 2°10'16"S / 43°34'06"W - 44°23'40"W). Samples were taken monthly between july/2016 and december/2016 from landings in the municipality of Raposa. A total of 14 specimens were analyzed by measuring the following variables: total length (cm) and body weight (Kg).

Leather producers in Ghana often do plain dyeing, they however, lack patterns that are attractive to enhance the surface appearance. As a result, when the leather is being used to make artefacts they apply stamping, carving, embossing, scorching, applique or printing just to register designs on themin order to enhance their aesthetic value, and these are only meant to be attracted to those who use the leather.It is for this reason that this research seeks to investigate into natural patterns as decorative motifs. The descriptive experimental research approach was used for the study.

São crescentes os interesses, políticos, ambientais, econômicos e sociais para tratar de temas ambientais, incluindo o tratamento de resíduos sólidos, mais especificamente os pneus inservíveis. Muito tem sido discutido em conferências, periódicos científicos e outros meios, mas ainda há grande oportunidade para novas pesquisas e soluções. Este artigo buscar e conhecer o uso de resíduos de pneus inservíveis como matéria-prima secundária para processos industriais, de acordo com a legislação brasileira.

This article empirically assesses the determinants of homicide rates based on panel data by states for the period 1998-2008. The main contribution of this paper is to test whether corruption affects homicide rates in Brazil. It is worth noting that the relationship between corruption and homicide is very little explored in the literature.

The objective of this study was to identify how water drinking consumption impacted the economic growth of the Brazilian State from 1994 to 2018. To develop this study has used the methodology called dynamic panel was proposed by Arellano and Bover (1995). Beyond this, was used as a theoretical model to help us to discussthe results of the Dose-Response Method. The GDP was used as an explained variable for Brazilian states. The variables of interest were the water drinking consumption (human, industry, and agriculture).
