Climate change represents one of the main threats to agriculture as a result of alterations in temperature and precipitation patterns, the increased frequency of extreme events, and the growing pressure from pests and diseases, which compromise crop productivity and global food security. Furthermore, the agricultural sector's contribution to greenhouse gas emissions and the high vulnerability of production systems have highlighted the need for the integrated implementation of mitigation and adaptation strategies.

A proposta de reforma tributária aprovada por meio da Emenda Constitucional 132/2023 traz transformações no sistema de arrecadação fiscal do Brasil, com impactos diretos sobre a estrutura federativa. A unificação de tributos sobre o consumo em um Imposto sobre Bens e Serviços (IBS), com arrecadação centralizada e repartição automática entre os entes federados, representa uma mudança no modelo de autonomia tributária municipal, especialmente com a extinção do ISS.

O Sistema de Segurança e Defesa Nacional em Angola constitui o conjunto de instituições e mecanismos responsáveis pela garantia da soberania, integridade territorial e estabilidade interna do Estado. O presente artigo analisa a estrutura constitucional e legal do sistema angolano, com destaque para o papel das Forças Armadas, dos órgãos de segurança interna e dos serviços de inteligência. A pesquisa adota abordagem qualitativa, com base em revisão bibliográfica e análise documental.

Introduction: Thermoregulation is a critical physiological function in newborns and is essential for survival and optimal growth during the early neonatal period. Newborns, particularly preterm and low-birth-weight infants, are highly vulnerable to temperature instability due to anatomical and physiological immaturity. Inadequate thermal control can lead to serious complications, including hypoglycaemia, respiratory distress, metabolic acidosis, and increased neonatal morbidity and mortality.

Cette étude étude explore l'interface complexe entre les populations humaines et la faune sauvage en périphérie du Parc National de Kahuzi-Biega (PNKB), en République Démocratique du Congo. Elle analyse comment les représentations sociales du MPOX (Variole du singe) dictent les comportements sanitaires et l’efficacité des politiques de prévention. L'étude adopte une démarche qualitative basée sur des entretiens semi-directifs menés dans six villages riverains du parc. Les données ont été traitées via Microsoft Excel, puis soumises à une analyse statistique et thématique rigoureuse.

O presente estudo aborda sobre a inserção dos egressos formados na Faculdade de Economia da Universidade Kimpa Vita no mercado de trabalho, no período de 2016 a 2024, procurando analisar os factores que condicionam a transição do ensino superior para o mercado de trabalho. A investigação baseou-se numa análise estatística e interpretativa, articulando dados quantitativos com reflexões qualitativas de natureza socioeconómica.

Purpose: This study challenges the traditional assumption that expanding disclosure automatically improves transparency and decision quality. It introduces the concept of Cognitive Transparency, reconceptualizing disclosure not merely as an information-providing mechanism but as a decision-shaping system that influences how users interpret information, form judgments, and make decisions. The study therefore proposes a behavioral perspective that views reporting systems as cognitive architectures shaping decision processes rather than passive channels of information transmission.

Electric vehicles (EVs) are increasingly positioned as a sustainable alternative to conventional mobility in India, particularly in the two-wheeler segment, which dominates urban commuting. This study investigates the strategic factors governing EV adoption in Bangalore South district—a region characterized by high vehicle density and a technologically informed population.

This study aims to identify various constraints faced by the dairy farmers in adoption of different management practices. Data was collected from randomly selected 240 dairy farmers through personal interview with the help of structured interview schedule.The study identified several inter-related constraints affecting 240 sampled dairy farmers in Kamrup district. These constraints were broadly classified into management, production and marketing.
