Cube addition graph: structure and connectivity

We introduce the addition cube graph over a ring R, whose vertices are the elements of R, and two distinct vertices x and y are adjacent whenever x+y is a cube in R. We investigate fundamental graph-theoretic properties including degree, regularity, connectivity, bipartiteness, and Hamiltonian path for finite fields, we determine conditions under which every element is a cube and analyze the resulting connectivity behavior. In particular, the graph is complete over R and C, connected over Z and Z_n, and disconnected over F(x) when char⁡(F)=3.

Formulation and evaluation of phytosomes containing garuga pinnata extract for diabetes treatment

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder requiring long-term therapeutic management, and herbal formulations offer promising alternatives due to their safety and multitargeted action. The present study aimed to formulate and evaluate phytosomes containing hydroalcoholic extract of Garuga pinnata for enhanced antidiabetic activity. The hydroalcoholic extraction yielded 8.50% w/w of extract, which was subjected to preliminary phytochemical screening and quantitative estimation of alkaloids.

Nephrological evolution of pediatric patients with x-linked hypophosphatemic rickets. case series

X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets (XLR) is a rare inherited disease characterized by abnormalities in phosphorus metabolism caused by a mutation in the PHEX gene. Biochemically, it is characterized by hypophosphatemia secondary to hyperphosphaturia and vitamin D deficiency, and clinically by bone deformities in the lower extremities and growth retardation. Conventional treatment with phosphate salts and active vitamin D has been used for over 45 years; however, it has been associated with nephrocalcinosis.
