Psychosomatic impacts on a quality of life of the professionals of the urgent mobile care services
Aims: the objective of this study was to evaluate factors that cause psychosomatic impacts on the well-being of rescuers, with a sample of 136 professionals working in a Pre-Hospital Care service. Method: questionnaires were used as instruments: sociodemographic/professional, sleep problems through the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale, Depression by the Beck Depression Inventory. The evaluation of Burnout Syndrome was realized through of the Maslach Burnout Inventory and the quality of life used the WHOQOL.
