This study was conducted to investigate the influence of season on growth and reproductive performance of the grasscutter (Thryonomys swinderianus). The female grasscutters were randomly grouped into three (3) in a cage. Each group received one male for mating. The treatments for all the experimental animals were the three seasons of birth. The study was carried out for a period of seventeen months using 36 dams, 12 bucks and their 115 offspring fed.

The pedagogical activities in the teaching of Chemistry developed by the Pedagogical Residency Program have been of paramount importance in teaching the learning of basic education students in Brazil. In carrying out these activities, the contextualization of the content is satisfactory, by associating themes directed to the student's daily life with the contents in the teaching of Chemistry, since, this method provides the development of the fundamental skills of the citizen, such as participation and critical thinking .

O mineral paligorsquita é um silicato complexo de magnésio que possui cristais alongados.Nome atribuído por Lapparent a uma terra fuller descoberta em 1935 em Attapulgus na Geórgia (EUA) e em Mormoiron, França [21]. A paligorsquita é encontrada na zona rural do município de Guadalupe, no Estado do Piauí-Brasil [5]. Os sedimentos onde ocorrem a paligorsquita podem ter origem lacustres, marinhos ou salinos, podendo ter montmorilonita associada [34]. O objetivo do presente artigo foi realizar uma revisão bibliográfica sobre as aplicações industriais da argila paligorsquita.

O Este artigo pretende investigar o status atual da avaliação de impacto social – AIS efetuada para o projeto do futuro terminal portuário de Pontal do Paraná, observando: a profundidade da pesquisa na implementação ou não de critérios que norteiam tal avaliação na atualidade, com basena opinião da população local envolvida. O foco principal são as pesquisas efetuadas no mês de maio de 2018 no âmbito local. Realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva e documental, por meio de informações e dados disponibilizados pelas mesmas.

The study aims to characterize consumers at rural producers' fairs and consumers who already have the habit of buying through electronic commerce in the municipalities of Marechal Cândido Rondon, Toledo, Cascavel, in the West region, in the State of Paraná. More comprehensively, the study aims to understand consumer behavior regarding the motivations that lead them to buy over the internet and the perception of online purchasing products from familiar farming.

Objetivo: Este artigo objetiva apresentar os elementos norteadores para uma Política Institucional Inclusiva, que busca produzir participação e permanência com qualidade para estudantes na Educação Superior. Método: Trata-se de um estudo de caráter qualitativo descritivo, realizado por meio de pesquisa documental, que retrata as atividades desenvolvidas por serviço de apoio aos estudantes da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, RS.

Diversas áreas da ciência, tais como ambientais e biológicas, possuem dados com variações no espaço. Normalmente, mensuram-se somente as variações utilizando procedimentos estatísticos que dispensam as interações existentes entre as dimensões do espaço. Para se abordar a espacialidade tem-se a Geoestatística, que, com o uso do semivariograma,detecta a dependência espacial de um fenômeno. A Geoestatística utiliza-se de um preditor pontual.

The potential high performance of self-managed teams materializes with implementing such teams properly and differently from traditional manager-led teams. This article contains a descriptive multiple case study that presents biomimicking as a unique and untapped resource to achieve that potential by applying a biomimicking lens to help understand successful decision-making patterns for self-managed teams.

The present work will address, among other aspects, the technical context, history, and importance of the use of CCS in the current world situation. This technology is highlighted as a search for technological solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and consequent mitigation of global warming. The history and motivators of the use of technology and its challenges faced over the years will be objects of study, and the storage facilities will be described, classifying them by their storage capacity, their operational status, and the development of new facilities projects.

Após a revolução industrial, as atividades humanas passaram a gerar impactos ambientais cada vez maiores. Com isso, um dos maiores problemas ambientais é a produção de resíduos, visto que, por ano são produzidos milhões de toneladas de lixo contendo inúmeros materiais que poderiam ser reaproveitados e reciclados. Se estes resíduos fossem corretamente destinados e aproveitados, seu acúmulo no meio ambiente seria reduzido, a poluição seria minimizada, o que melhoraria consideravelmente a qualidade de vida da população.
