Evaluation of the quality of life of patients submitted to renal replacement therapy: cross-sectional study
Objective: To trace the epidemiological profile and evaluate the quality of life of patients undergoing replacement therapies, and whether there is a difference between these groups. Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive, quantitative study conducted with 75 patients submitted to renal replacement therapies in a university hospital in the metropolitan region of Recife, of whom 42 were hemodialysis, 22 were peritoneal dialysis and 12 were transplanted, who agreed to participate in the research.
