Prevalence of phytopathogenicaspergillus niger and aspergillus flavus isolated from various samples in Bangladesh

The study was carried out to survey of fungi associated with the determination of fruits, vegetables and betel leaves were collected and two strains of pathogenic fungi- Aspergillus niger and A. flavus were isolated, identified from 45 collected samples in two different zones (southwestern and central) of Bangladesh. In betel leaves, both isolated fungi were showed their highest percentage of frequency (A. niger- 66.66% and A. flavus- 46.66%) where A. niger showed more pathogenic than A. flavus.

Craniothoracopagus (monocephalus dipygus tetrabrachius) in twin pigs

The objective of this study was to report a case of craniothoracopagus, monocephalus, dipygus, tetrabrachius in swine, created in anthropized areas of the Amazon forest for the implementation of livestock. During the physical examination, we observed that lesions were characterized by monocephaly and presence of a midline that became more evident in the nose region, with two snouts and four nostrils. The oral cavity was unique with total duplication of the lower jaw and tongue.

Large hydroelectric projects in the araguari river basin: territorialities, impact and resistance of amapá’s fishing (Amazon, Amapá, Brazil)

This article points out the case of fishing communities in the Araguari river basin, placed in the Amazonian state of Amapá (Northern Brazil). This is a classic case study of socioenvironmental conflict between small traditional communities against large structural projects set up within a territorial planning that do not consider local territorialities. Mining and mainly large hydroelectric power plants threat traditional fisherman way of life.

Disease control in pod bean (Phaseolus Vulgaris L.) with trichodermaasperellum, milk in natura and fungicides

The aimed of this work was to evaluate the effect of foliar application of milk in natura, Trichodermaasperellum and different fungicides in the control of angular leaf spot (Pseudocercosporagriseola), white mold (Sclerotiniasclerotiorum) and anthracnose (Colletotrichumlindemuthianum), in the cultivar of common beans low butter pod, in the field. The design used was a randomized block, with 7 treatments and 4 repetitions.

Vulnerabilidade das populações à acidentes com barragem de caulim: estudo de caso em barcarena (pará)

Objetivo: Analisar a vulnerabilidade da população localizada no bairro Industrial e na Vila do Conde localizadas no entorno de uma bacia de rejeitos de caulim no município de Barcarena (PA). Método: A metodologia desta pesquisa iniciou com a obtenção de dados secundários do município e do Plano de Ação de Emergência da barragem. Foram obtidos dados primários durante um trabalho de campo no qual foi feita a aplicação de 143 questionários na área de estudo.

Pour évaluer l'ampleur de la perte de rendement due à l'infestation des adventices et le moment critique pour leur élimination, un dispositif expérimental en blocs complets randomisés et répétée quatre fois a été installé dans la station expérimentale de Sinthiou Malème dans le Sénégal Oriental. L'expérience consistait en deux séries de traitements de désherbage.

Acid hydrolysis of corn cob for the production of second generation ethanol by saccharomyces cerevisiae atcc 26602

Corn is one of the most produced crops in Brazil, during its processing it generates rejects such as cobs, stalk, leafs and straw that can be used as biomass for the production of second generation bioethanol (2G). However, for the reutilization of this substrate it is necessary the application of a treatment for the removal of lignin, fragmentation of hemicellulose and cellulose into corresponding sugars to be converted into ethanol by microorganisms.

Labor and memory importance to recover the knowledge of traditional birth attendants

For centuries, labor was kept as a private care for women and carried out by traditional birth attendants; women whose knowledge was practical and transmitted through generations. Having as starting point Halbwachs' arguments regarding the articulation between individual and collective memories, we display thoughts regarding the importance of preserving the memories of traditional birth attendants and the implications of the transmission and receiving processes of their experiences.

Accounting and knowledge management: textual analysis and bibliometric approach

The objective of this project was to categorize possible both national and international scientifical publications on the base of Google Scholar and Web of Science, which directly approach the theme Knowledge Management and Accountancy, verifying through previous studies the importance of this relation. Due to that, some textual analyzes were done in the national researches and a bibliometric research were done in international references.
